I want to complain about one place in the hotel called Boccanova , i made a booking online via the link in their instagram page i put all my information and my international number and email address I didn’t receive any confirmation and I can’t call as im not living in Tunisia I don’t have number . I went there with my friends the doorman told us there is no reservation listed as they are not working with the online booking only via phone . It was very frustrating that i took a very far way to the place and they didn’t even allow us to enter i spoke with receptionist on my friend’s phone and she spoke very rude with me I explained to her the situation she told me you sent the request not a booking while i clicked on “reserver une table” i told her if that’s the case you could have written “send a request” instead of book a table.. Overall I didn’t even finish with her the phone call as it is useless.. From the door i understood already the service..

Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The food was very repetitive, with the same choices available most days, so it became quite boring after a while. The pool area was nice, but getting a sunbed was a real struggle. Guests were reserving them from as early as 5 a.m., meaning there were very few available later in the morning. The room was quite dated and in need of some maintenance, particularly the bathroom. We also felt the overall cleanliness could have been better. That said, the animation team really made a difference to our holiday. They were friendly, energetic, and always worked hard to keep everyone entertained. A special mention goes to Rico, who was fantastic throughout and a real credit to the team.

Nagyon szép és igényes szálloda. Európai szemmel inkább 3+ csillagosnak minősíteném. A szálloda udvara, medence környéke gyönyörű. A személyzet figyelmes, kedves. Különösen kiemelném a takarítónkat (Khawla ) a 2.emeleten - nagyon figyelmes és segítőkész. Valamint a pincérünket, aki szintén mosolyogva fogadott minden étkezéskor. A szállodába vezető út európai szemmel meghökkentő, de ezen túllépve igazi pihentető élményben volt részünk. A személyzet mindent megtett ennek érdekében. Tóbiás család, Magyarországról very beautiful and high-quality hotel. By European standards, I would rate it as a 3-plus-star property. The hotel courtyard and pool area are stunning. The staff are attentive and kind. I would particularly like to highlight our housekeeper (Khawla) on the second floor—she was very attentive and helpful—as well as our waiter, who always greeted us with a smile at every meal. The road leading to the hotel might be surprising to a European visitor, but once past that, we enjoyed a truly relaxing experience. The staff did everything to ensure this. We visited the hotel for the second time. The last time was 2 years ago and it has been upgraded since then which is excellent. We booked here again because the staff are really lovely, the animation team were fantastic, the evening shows were good and honestly you can’t complain about the food where there is plenty of choice. Not forgetting daily chips and nuggets if that’s your thing! The room we had was spacious (and that’s with 4 beds in it) it was really clean with tea and coffee facilities, small fridge and plenty storage. It is a pain to have to get up early for sun bed but that’s the same everywhere we have been so was expecting that. One thing that is a little annoying is you can hear the very loud music coming from the beach bar late into the evening. But it didn’t spoil the holiday in any way. We are very likely to return again as we know we will enjoy ourselves as a family.

Hello Marhaba. 2nd time here, Won’t be back. Staff amazing. Not sure who the owner is now, but cramming rooms with extra beds is a no no. Restaurant over filled, I literally had to stand still in the middle why being pushed around by others. Was ridiculous. I clean my own room alway’s. Ants everywhere wardrobe, safe, bathroom. Guy did come and spray but got worse, we left leaving a room invested with 🐜. You could be waiting hrs for room. Watch who gets a room before you. ?? A massive thank you to the animation team, Cucumber, lol. Fahd, Mohamed and safe, miss our 3pm dance just a blast. Miss you guys. Inside Bar guys amazing, I did leave you a tip inside the bar early the day we left. Hope you got it.. wishing you all the best and a happy future ahead. ❤️
