The location and general feel was fine. The furnishings were dated. The rooms definitely need modernising. The place was adequately clean, but the housekeeping process is peculiar. The used towels are taken, but new ones weren't supplied immediately. The pool and beach areas were good. Although the security did very little to prevent customers being hassled by beach vendors on what is meant to be a private beach section. The major disappointment was the food. It was school canteen quality food. There was not enough food serving implements so the same spoon/scoop was used by guests to serve themselves different foods. This cross contamination is a health hazard. The pizzas weren't very nice. The salad vegetables weren't fresh. I'd advise anyone staying here to avoid the all-inclusive option unless you intend to drink vast quantities of alcohol. You're better off going into Sousse and trying some of the local restaurants where the quality is good and the price is very fair. I also didn't like the fact at check-in the staff insisted on holding on to my passport because I was checking in early. They could easily have just taken a photocopy of the info page and given me my passport back. I found the animation team a bit over the top. Also observed a few male animation team members being a little creepy with female guests. The entertainment was adequate but finished too early. There's nothing after 11pm. Overall, it's an ok budget hotel, but not somewhere I'd enjoy spending long periods of time at, especially if I had to eat my meals there.

Every thing excellent und good animations

We are a well travelled couple in our 60s, i have to say what a wonderfull hotel this is. The staff are just amazing, every single one of them are so happy and welcoming.from the reception staff, the waiters, the bar staff, the cleaners, the gardeners, and the animation team The food was great, though not for everyone, always found something to eat. Hotel is spotlessly clean. I really cannot fault any of it. My only gripe would be that the entertainment is at the occidental And if you didnt get there early there was no seats. It would be nice to have some low key music or something at the marhaba in the evenings , We had a great break thankyou And will definatley be returning Soon.

Very good staff animation great

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The Animation team deserves special praise — they were energetic, engaging, and made every activity enjoyable for guests of all ages.A great place to relax, have fun, and feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended.
