Positives: Lovely room and view Staff initially friendly Great vibes by the pool Great pizza and crepes Reception staff are always friendly Entertainment is good Weather ☀️ Negatives: Room isn’t cleaned everyday No replenishment of tea/coffee No milk or water in the fridge One day we had no towels in our bathroom and needed to walk to reception. Even though sun beds are not allowed to be reserved, people are down at 7am reserving their beds! Beach is dirty - rubbish on the beach and sea Food is pretty much the same every night Tips are expected if you want good customer service. Customer service is not genuine around the restaurant or the pool! We were happy to give a generous tip on our last day providing customer service was consistent. We felt that tips should be earned and not expected! Our holiday was nice and relaxing but sad to say we won’t be coming back.

Very nice clean hotel, food very good, rooms spacious. In good location, good value for money. There’s a fish foot spa near one of the pools for pedicures and massages, the lady is called Sarah and she really knows her job

I really enjoyed my vacation. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, the beach is perfect. If you want to have fun, the hotel has an entertainment team that knows how to make every game enjoyable. The room could have been better, but that’s not really important considering all the other great things the hotel offers.

This hotel is very good. The staff who work here are very good and friendly like family, the staff who work at the pool are very friendly as if we were one family. I can single out cycy from the staff

I had the best time ever in my life in Marhaba club. There is so many activities for everyone we especially liked vatergames and animators - Fouffa and Cycy, and barmens Atef Bouslama and all the others. Hotrl personel are at the top odlf the assignment. We are definitely coking back next year!
