Mövenpick Resort & Marine Spa Sousse

Location is ok on the one part of the one way system which means driving have to come round. The ambient of the hotel is nice elegant and comfortable and the staff are friendly. Shout out to adel at concierge. Rooms are ok not wow very dated needs and update specially the mini bar the temp is poor. I would say value for money for the entire property has that wow factor and located in the beach at a busy location. Cleanliness is next level super squeaky clean. I was very surprised did not witness any noise issues whatsoever. Amenities could be better more excursions desks for travellers. But the hotel to seemed more catered for the locals rather than international. I opted for the bed and breakfast and the breakfast was pretty repulsive same every morning. And ate out every evening which skipped lunch. The only major issues I witnessed was the taxi’s 🚕. They are the biggest scammers of this wonderful country. Firstly tacky old small cars no bigger cars available. Do not care about the meter system. And prices are ridiculously repulsive and take us the tourists for granted. But the major problem is availability is non existent you will wait for long to hail one of your lucky that is. But overall I think Sousse is a bit overrated to my opinion.

My stay at the Mövenpick Hotel was truly wonderful. One of the highlights was the gym, which is exceptionally clean, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a great workout. The atmosphere is motivating and perfect for anyone who enjoys staying active during their vacation. A special thank you to the amazing coaches Nour, Amine, and Shaimaa. Their professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude made every training session enjoyable and inspiring. They are always attentive, encouraging, and ready to help guests achieve their fitness goals. The Aquatic Gym sessions were also fantastic, bringing great energy, fun, and motivation to everyone. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for guests looking for a high-quality fitness experience. I will definitely come back!

I have never experienced such an awful hotel in my entire life, me, my partner and his family of 6 stayed for 1 week, with the extra all inclusive package, and the issues begun immediately Check in 3pm ? More like 5pm and no refreshments or compensation were offered, no worries we headed down to the pool to wait where we were continuously questioned on wether we were paying guests The food throughout the whole trip was awful and difficult to order, often times we ordered by the pool and never received it even after asking multiple staff Staff are not kind and will only serve you if you tip My main issue was the racism and sexism I received from the hotel security, constant bag checks and finally an accusation of stealing as we checked out Also it’s important to note that most of the hotel amenities were out of use I would rather stay in a hostel in a third world country than this rat hole As a family we spent thousands of euros and left feeling defeated and sickened Please save your money and book elsewhere!

A special thank you to Nour, Chayma, Amine, and Firas for their energy, kindness, and professionalism. They created a fun and welcoming atmosphere every day, organized great activities specialy the aquagym and the cooking lessons , and always made everyone feel included. We stayed at Mövenpick with our family last week and had such a wonderful time! The staff were all fantastic, but we’d especially like to thank Mouhyb, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after all week. Every morning at breakfast, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome. His exceptional customer service was very nice. Thank you, Mouhyb, and the other staff for making our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back!
