Mövenpick Resort & Marine Spa Sousse

Breakfast was a real pleasure. The service was friendly, relaxed and really well organised, even when the restaurant got busy. Nothing felt rushed, but at the same time we never had to wait around or look for someone to help us. A special mention to Haythem, who was clearly keeping an eye on everything and making sure the service ran smoothly. You could tell he genuinely cared about the guests and the little details. It’s often the small things that make a five-star experience, and the breakfast team got those right. A lovely start to the morning.

As all inclusive hotels go this is pretty good. Staff are mostly engaging and Kamel was outstanding.

First of all, this is not a resort!? That's what I wanted from the description.. but unfortunately I'm at a 3 and a half star hotel at most! And that's because I didn't choose the sea view room, which costs £100 extra per person.. I chose the classic room with trafficstreet view, without knowing that I would actually be staying in a 3 and a half star hotel room...so let's be clear..classic room = hotel room in a hotel..not a resort at all!!! Actually, the bar in this hotel has access to the whole city..not just those staying here..as I said earlier, it is a hotel that also has a bar and whoever wants to enter without being accommodated at this hotel..and tomorrow I will go out with my wife in my panties, exiting through the bar to the beach.no way!!!!

We dont advice anyone to go there at all We had the worst experience ever in a holiday We booked an all inclusive holiday The first day we arrived , we had food poisoning Food was raw on several occasions We had diarrhoea several times , food is bad quality undercooked without salt and tasteless Same food everyday, no variety , even for drinks No much options The service was not a five star hotel service at all Staff were rude , unprofessional and unfriendly at all times Always expecting tips before service and if money bot given in advance , we were ignored and we were not serviced even for a basic service like having a cuttleries in the restaurant Waiters used to leave their phones on the table so that hotel guests think that the tables are already taken , so , they give it to their preferred guests who gives them money and normal guests would not find a place to sit on Same happened with sunbeds as they put towles and staff so no body will sit there We had to give money every meal to be treated fairly and be served We booked all inclusive yet we were tood we have to pay for certain drinks and staff were rude on the bar to us and refusing to give a menu We made a formal complaint to guest relations manager and we were offered to have lunch in the a la carte mexican restaurant no action was done regarding our complaint Also sousse is not ready for tourism No entertainment in the hotel at all throughout out stay The beach was dirty most of the time The city and seaside was full of garbage

I had a great experience at the Mövenpick and would especially like to thank Coach Amine for his professionalism, positive energy and dedication. What I really appreciated was his personalized approach. He is always available to give useful advice, explain the exercises clearly and guide everyone according to their level and goals. I also had the opportunity to discover HYROX training with him, which was a new and very motivating experience. It is a complete and challenging type of training, and Coach Amine provides the right guidance, techniques and recommendations to help you improve safely and confidently. I highly recommend trying HYROX training with him, especially if you are looking for a new sporting challenge. A special thank you as well to Nour and Shaymaa for their warm welcome, kindness and excellent service. Their attention to detail and professionalism make the overall experience even better. Thank you to Coach Amine and the entire team for the quality of the service, the great atmosphere and their continuous commitment. Highly recommended!
