One Resort Premium Hammamet

Lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The entertainment team were amazing, Ezy, Riko and Onus and did lots of activities with us that we really enjoyed. Very relaxing, great food and drinks. All the waiting staff were very lovely and attentive too!

Overall it was a good holiday, just a few little things let it down. 24 hour snack bar, poor service, and running out of drinks all the time (during the day), same with the pool bar. Having to ask for drinks in the restaurant after waiting for some time. Animation team were the worst I have encountered in any hotel. They were more interested in doing their own thing, guests came a poor second, they gave the impression that they couldn't be bothered. Hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, unfortunately these things are letting it down.

Just returned from a week with my partner. Overall, we loved the hotel. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The hotel was very clean. Food- Lots of choice and we enjoyed it. They should label the starters and desserts though. Luckily we don’t have food allergies or it could have been an issue. Drinks were good. Bar staff are all great. Special thanks also to Faith in the restaurant. A lovely man. We also enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant. Hotel- Swimming pools and surrounding areas were well-maintained. It was such a shame it was too cold for us to swim. The hotel also smells beautiful! Beach- Gorgeous and clean. Entertainment- We found it to be a little underwhelming, but it was Ramadan and off peak. Still lots of fun in the Sports Bar. Local area- A few shops within walking distance. Expect to haggle for clothing, bags etc.There is some building work happening next door. Most of the time it wasn’t a problem but there was one day where it was particularly loud by the pool. Other hints and tips- take £ or Euros to change at the hotel reception for tips and for the deposit on beach towels. Taxis are available outside the hotel and are very reasonably priced. We visited the Old Fort and Medina as well as Yasmine Hammamet. Ask for milk for your room from the snack bar or main bar. Bottles of water are also available. We will return to Tunisia and would also return to the hotel.

The hotel is lovely and all the staff go above and beyond. Beautiful hotel lots to do on the resort and the sports bar is such a good vibe( perfect music )all the entertainment team and all bar men
