One Resort Premium Hammamet

First of all, the beach by the resort is lovely. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece. The breakfast is wonderful. A lot of the staff were kind/fun. The cats are also a bonus. The room was quite cozy however the bathroom has no door, only doors between the toilet and shower. The cleaners all did a great job. I’d say the trip and heat and everything is worth it. I could hear the music at night but that’s about it + it stopped around midnight so I could still get good rest. Only real complaint, the “Express” bar is rubbish, the staff are not quick at all and some were rude (they were always arguing too) had it not been for that, 5 stars) Tell Momo he’s a legend.

Momo is an amazing host at this beautiful resort along with the rest of the entertainment team. However I'm gonna be utterly honest and say don't eat at the Express Bar. They take for ever to acknowledge you and then food takes forever!!! Prime Bar is amazingly fun and the staff are on point !!! They laugh and joke and make such an effort. Very entertaining X thank you for and amazing time One Resort. We will be back

Hotel is amazing, staff are even better go out their way to make your holiday better. 100% recommend.

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday at this beautiful hotel. Myself and my husband were returning after a trip last year and this time were accompanied by our adult son. The hotel itself is beautiful and has all you could need, the rooms are spacious and kept amazingly clean by the wonderful cleaners (room 206 and 207). Our cleaner wax wonderful and left fresh flowers and balloons when she heard it was our anniversary. The pools are great and the lifeguards are attentive (even sorting issues of people trying to reserve loungers for hours ahead of their attendance). For us the outstanding team of waiters and bar staff (particularly the pool bar) and entertainment team are just exceptional. They go above and beyond knowing endless names of guests, remembering drink orders and making fun and energy in such blistering heat. The food could be a bit more varied and a little more options on the he drinks option would be great but you won’t go hungry or dry. A few little tweeks for perfection but non the less off trip was 10/10. Thankyou to the teams and we are booked for next year. Let your hair down relax and have fun. Xx
