This hotel is fantastic! Very open space, beautiful interior design, rooms are lovely and clean. Staff are fantastic go above and beyond. Life guards there brilliant make sure you are well looked after by the pool. Aqua aerobics was brilliant and night entertainment. Location right next to a beautiful beach too. Will deffo come back. Also spent my sister's 30th birthday and they decorated the room and was given birthday cake

Beautiful cocktail display set out before dinner. Very well presented and the taste to match. Extremely impressed.

Very nice and clean hotel with lovely staff and a great entertainment team.

The hotel is very nice. The staff and entertainment team are lovely. Very clean and nice drinks!

We booked this hotel based on all the positive reviews it had received. It did not disappoint. Good value for money for a winter break in the sun. When we arrived, we were greeted with a drink, and the check-in process was very easy and the best check-in process we have had. Check-out was just as easy, and we were able to continue to use the amenities after check-out. The hotel and grounds are kept very clean, and overall, there is a very nice, relaxed atmosphere. All the staff we came across were very polite and more than willing to help. We had a sea-view room which was nice and spacious, had a good-sized balcony, and was very clean on our arrival. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools, at the beach, and plenty of extra seating at the bars (which are mainly under cover, so a nice break away from the sun). The food is a bit repetitive, but from experience, this is pretty much the same at any all-inclusive resort. It is a bit hit or miss if you’re going to get it hot or lukewarm though and this is the reason I haven’t given a 5 star review. Highly recommend the Argentine à la carte! My only criticism - No fly screens on the door. As we were staying out of season, there was no air conditioning, but we were unable to leave the door open due to the amount of flies! There were a lot of flies! However, this is not something that the hotel can control. The cats with their kittens were an added bonus!
