One Resort Premium Hammamet

We booked a swim up pool room with sea views and were not disappointed. The hotel is in a lovely location right on the beach. Very clean with excellent facilities. Reception staff very helpful with ideas of places to visit, in particular Meriden who put us in touch with a company which supplied a car and driver to take us on a half day tour to Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and Tunis. We also tried out the Spa facilities at the hotel. The hot oil treatments are definitely recommended. We had excellent treatments from Marwa, Feten, Samira and Salwa. The lady who showed us around the spa and arranged the various options of the spa packages was Hasna. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Have just returned from 10 days here and have to say it’s one of the best all inclusive I have been to in Tunisia. The food is exceptional in the buffet and the Italian à la carte is lovely. The team in there did an amazing experience for my birthday, thank you! I had room 349 which was a perfect location and my maid did an exceptional job. The maitre’d in the buffet was also the loveliest man ☺️ the pool is really well kept and sunbeds were always available. The pistachio ice cream by the pool is absolute heaven! The staff on reception are so helpful and really polite, friendly and kind. One of the only small negatives I’d say is that the service in the L’express gourmet in the day is really slow. More often than not when you go in, the team will be on their phone and won’t look up for some time. I also ordered food one day and was told to come back in 10 minutes… 4 times 🤣 and when I tried to return my pool towel on the last day, the guy there said he’d only give it back if I ordered him a whiskey and coke. When I laughed and said no thanks I’ll just take the card he did give it back to me though! 😬 I would absolutely return here again, thank you for a lovely stay!

Great hotel. First class staff and facilities. Stayed as a couple and can't fault anything. Food is very varied and cooked fresh. Entertainment is great. Day time is nice and relaxed and evenings are fun.

A wonderful hotel, delicious food, and top-notch attractions. Ons, the animator, is especially lovely and very helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
