One Resort Premium Hammamet

Came here 23-28 February for a little mini break with family, the rooms were fab, clean and spacious and a lovely towel design with rose petals was a lovely welcome touch, water coke and macarons in the mini bar too ! Rooms were cleaned everyday and toiletries were restocked. The all inclusive buffet had plenty of choice, with different meat, fish, potatoes pastas, rice pizzas salads, lots of stews to try or meats from the grill along with Asian noodles and rice as well. So even a fussy eater could find something to eat… if not there was always the express 24 hour cafe which had panini chips burgers etc .. The staff were always very polite and nothing was too much trouble.. always had a smile and friendly greeting for everyone.. Plenty of spaces to sit off during the day and night. The beer and wine were also to our taste. We went to the sports bar on the first night but preferred to stay in the lobby bar but that was our personal choice as the sports bar was quite loud and as we’d come on a family holiday we wanted to have a drink and a chat. entertainment was as you’d expect in February, karaoke, disco, dancers etc… We had a fab few days in this hotel and would highly recommend ..would definitely return - thank you to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable

First time visiting Tunisia and I will say it won’t be my last hotel was amazing but everything you needed was in the hotel did two excursions while there as well which was booked through someone in the hotel was windy on days but overall great experience. All staff was welcoming on arrival cases was too to your room for you. Rooms was really spacious also and the entertainment team was amazing. Always interacted well with all guests around the hotel and great at the evening with everyone. Couldn’t fault this hotel.

Friendly staff, close to the beach and the sea was beautiful. Managed to upgrade the room with a hot tub, would definitely recommend.

Lovely relaxing holiday, we upgraded to a hot tub room. Definitely a good upgrade as the weather was colder in the evening. Entertainment and the team were fab, staff were very friendly. Food could have been a bit better though.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. From the minute we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was spotless, modern with a large balcony. The hotel was beautiful, with two big pools, the infinity pool was adults only. The hotel had it's own beach area, the whole setting was idyllic. The food was typical buffet food, but plenty to choose from. We ate a la carte one night in the Brazilian restaurant. If you don't fancy the main restaurant you can go to the express bar where you can get burgers, pasta and sandwiches. We were at the hotel for 4 nights, we didn't venture outside the complex. We had a couple of windy days so we made full use of the spa, we enjoyed a full body massage then spent the afternoon around the indoor pool. There was a gym and padel courts but we were content sitting in the lounge ot patio are reading. We would definitely book this hotel again. It was our first visit to Tunisia and it won't be our last.
