One Resort Premium Hammamet

We stayed here for 2 weeks for the second time. The staff is amazing everyone tries to help you and accommodate you. All staff are friendly and lovely. They remember people which is amazing. We had my birthday here and we got a surprise on the room from our housekeeper. I believe her name is Radjia she is amazing she cleaned our room perfect! All the decorations for my birthday was also amazing she is a lovely lady we are really gonna miss you! The food is also amazing for us. The drinks are perfect! There are also 2 people working in the italian restaurant we really want to thankyou for all the jokes and amazing help we get from you two we dont know your names but we will never forget you. Also there was an amazing chef at the omlet station who was very funny and amazing. The chef from the Brazilian you have made my father in law laugh very much you are lovely thankyou. There was also a reception worker a woman with blond hair I dont know your name but you are so lovely and have chosen the most perfect flowers for my birthday! Thankyou so much. All the workers at the hotel thankyou for feeling us like family you are amazing! We hope to see you soon

Returned yesterday from our 2nd time at this beautiful hotel. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the service is exceptional. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the grounds, pools and beach area kept immaculate, never seen so many staff in a hotel work so hard. The food is delicious and vast amount of choices every day sometimes too much choice! Waiters in restaurant look after you even if you dont tip, Cant remember his full name but began with EZZ used to run over when he seen us and pull our chairs out always had drink on table waiting for us.24 hr restaurant if you feel pekish in between meals Security on the beach keeps the sellers away from you. Plenty of activities if you want to join in during day, staff not pushy if you just want to relax. We are returning in july ,cant wait to return to this hotel Keep up the good work See you in july.x

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were really friendly especially MoMo who was there for us throughout our stay and helped make it a great experience . Overall atmosphere was so relaxing and great activities. Everything was well looked after. Would definitely stay again!

Location: It took a while to get from the airport, about an hour and a half, so if this isn't for you I'd recommend getting a private transfer. Taxis outside the hotel are available and about 12 dinar to get to the center of Hammamet. There are a few shops outside to the right, including 'fixed price' ones, so if you want to get a few souvenirs without being hassled then these are the ones to go to. There is also an ATM. Rooms: We had a sea view room (339) which overlooked the pool rooms, infinity pool and sea. The beds were very firm but that suited us. Safe free of charge and easy to work. Cleaned daily and to a good standard. Food and drink: A bit hit and miss, if you like specific alcohol brands I'd recommend getting a spirit from duty free and bringing it with you. Food again was ok, not gourmet, but we never went hungry. Always the usual pasta and pizza available, omelets made fresh at breakfast etc. The 2 a la carte restaurants weren't anything special. Pools and beach: By far the best part of the holiday. The pools were cleaned every morning and there were always plenty of sun loungers so no need for setting alarms at 6am to reserve them! Same goes for the beach, always seemed to be half empty which was surprising as it's absolutely stunning. Soft sands and the water was so clear. A short walk up to the left you will find water sports. Rough prices £35 for a jet ski (single rider) and same for parasailing (one person). These guys accept dinar, pounds and euros. Staff: Most seemed happy and would do anything for you, especially after a tip. The entertainment team were always very friendly and trying to get you involved in games throughout the day, although the evening entertainment was a bit lacklustre. Maybe because it's still slightly out of season? If you want decent nightly entertainment then this probably isn't the place for you, I would say it's a bit more chill. We also used the spa and had the Oriental Ritual. There seemed to be only one person working in the Hammam section so this all seemed a bit rushed as more people were turning up. For the price paid it was a little disappointing.

beautiful resort, nice facilities and the entertainment team is very friendly especially Ons. food is okay(Brazilian restaurant is amazing) extra shoutout to the waiters who are very professional and observant! feels safe for women :)
