One Resort Premium Hammamet

Amazing resort, staff all so friendly and smiling, entertainment is fantastic, resort and pools clean and tidy Amazing place with excellent service, food and accommodation

Had a lovely time at this hotel, bar staff and restaurant staff are lovely and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Air con was sufficient for us. We had a swim up room and it didn’t disappoint, definitely the way forward for us. Food was ok, you would never go hungry. This is quite a chill hotel, so please don’t come here expecting lots of late night entertainment- which was perfect for us! We used the pools in the afternoon and could always get a bed. Beach is lovely and again always found a couple of beds on the beach. AVOID THE MEDINA We took a taxi to the medina, nice man taxi number 1095 - however unsure if the scam starts with the taxi driver? He said people will tell you they work at your hotel and try and get you to give them money….. Arrived at the medina and sure enough we was approached by a man saying he works at our hotel - said no thank you to him. We was then approached by a man who offered to show us into the medina, he had a badge on and said that he worked there as a tour guide and there was only 2 of them that do this job, he seemed very helpful, telling us to turn our hotels bands inside out and to be careful of scammers (little did we know he was a part of the scammers). He said that one shop had a 2 day government day a bit like our Black Friday days and everything is very cheap…. We did fall for this as the man appeared genuine 🤬 he took us to the shop and the staff do not stop hassling you to buy stuff, there was no “government day” in this shop, the man serving us got a bit annoyed when he gave us the price and we was not willing to pay what he asked…. If you do go to the medina just be vigilant and trust nobody!!!!!

We had a lovely time at the One resort; the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was always spotless. My friend and I thought the food was good, but there's room for improvement. The drinks also varied; it seems each bartender makes cocktails differently. Sometimes we had to return because they added the wrong alcohol or made it too strong to be drinkable. Regarding the spa experience, we booked a hamam package, but we found it wasn’t as relaxing as hoped. There was a language barrier, and I sometimes didn’t fully understand the instructions. The woman appeared quite annoyed with me, which slightly dampened the experience. However, the massage provided by another therapist was very enjoyable, and we definitely appreciated that. Overall, the staff are lovely, and we had a wonderful time.
