One Resort Premium Hammamet

We had the best 10 nights at this hotel. We travelled as a group of family and friends and there was 8 of us. We had 2 seaview rooms and I would recommend just paying that little bit more as the view was just beautiful. We were lucky enough to have 2 evenings of party's one for their 2nd birthday and another for their Tunisian day. And wow what a party they put on. It was incredible. The amount of hard work from every member of staff was absolutely amazing. A total credit to the hotel. It was easier enough to get beds in the morning. Both pools had a great vibe too. The animation team were fantastic but a big shout to Momo he was just brilliant 👏 The beach was stunning and the views out from the adult pool I will never forget. The food was just your typical all inclusive. There is something there for everyone and there is a 24hr snack bar with a limited choice but enough. We are at the beach bar a few times which had a limited choice but was nice to sit n have lunch overlooking the beach n sea. We booked the quad bikes n catamaran with coco in reception and we also did paragliding n banana boat with a guy who comes round the pool. He was great. There's a chap who walks up n down the beach too with a camel for rides and he was brilliant too. Our only gripe with the hotel was drinks. If you could up your cocktails n have the basics in like malibu this would be fabulous. We would definitely come back to the hotel and I would recommend it too.

There was an extensive list of issues so I’ll start with the positives - of which there are few. The outdoor pools and beach look beautiful. We booked a swim up room which looks lovely, just keep in mind you’ll probably only get 3-4 hours sun because of the angles of the room (in May). The cleaners did do some pretty towel designs in the room. The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard however after they knocked they would let themselves in immediately even if you say to wait a moment which led to me being naked getting out of the shower. The toilets : Atleast 2 of them in the ladies do not lock next to the sports bar, atleast 1 of them does not lock next to the restaurant, the 3 toilets next to the swimming pool never have toilet roll. They have a cleaning trolley nearby which I had to take 2 toilet rolls from However then there were none on this and no toilet roll in all 3 of the toilets for quite some time and the hotel was not full. The bar next to the swimming pool is absolutely swarmed with flies .. They have the fruit for the drinks out on the side and the flies sit on them and then they put them in peoples drinks still.  This is where we now get to the ‘4 restaurants’ on the tui website that are advertised. There is 1 for breakfast - the main buffet, lunch and dinner, there is a ‘24 hour cafe’ of which when we went into at 4pm only had 2 of the 9 choices of pasta, instead of a vegetarian meal - they gave me meat. The poolside bar has about 9-10 dishes available at lunchtime for a few hours ( the one with all of the flies), there were a couple of nice dishes however no consistency so if you liked something the day before, the following day it could taste completely different and when I say nice I mean nice within reason as it was almost plain pasta I had. The 2 ‘à la cartes’ – you are only allowed to go to 1 during your stay (not once in each) Just 1 visit so you need to pick. It also appears the Italian ‘à la carte restaurant’ must be done in the same restaurant as the 1st à la carte on alternative nights. I wish I could emphasise how bad the food was during our days here. We gave it a few days in the hope it was just a couple of days, we were here for 10 days – after 3 days I actually looked at flights back to Gatwick which were about £250 pp but my partner convinced me it might improve and as my birthday was coming up we could make the most of it. He very quickly felt the same as me, he eats a lot of meat which is lucky because it’s in almost everything. Even pasta would still have a sprinkling of mince in it. They had fish but the entire fish including the head and eyes which was not our thing. They had an ice cream and pancake bar however the last time I went to it there were flies on the pancakes which he then still fed us as the pancakes were pre-made and just were being heated up. They appear to overcook everything and then also produce too much so that they will reuse it for the next meal/  day (I understand this however they do this regardless of the quality of the food so some of the fruit and food was going hard). They have some shops inside the hotel on the way to the restaurant which you can’t avoid and a few times they try to get you to come in which means you feel horrible trying to ignore them and not look in their direction. Do Not Go. You will be disappointed. If there was a way of changing hotels whilst there we would of. The toilet in the bathroom have glass doors with gaps in which is not very nice as a design. The bin was rusted. Some of the puddings were ok as they seemed to be bought in I think (chocolate mousse etc) The sports bar ‘tapas’ was nuts and popcorn with no sound and a bartender rarely there after dinner. The views are beyond beautiful but this won’t make up for the disappointment in the hotel each day.

Just spent 10 great nights here. Rooms are modern and very well furnished. Double bed was huge and hot on balcony was a nice luxury. We were lucky enough to be there for two great party nights - the resorts second birthday and the Tunisia Republic Day party. Both were well organised and executed professionally. All staff worked hard putting them on and reorganising everything back together by breakfast time the next morning. All areas seem well managed and maintained. Staff all work hard and manage to keep smiling all the time - even if a lot of guests don’t. Jet ski hire is a 5 minute walk up the beach and great fun. Always managed to find different food to eat. The Brazilian and Italian restaurants are nice with a good atmosphere. Will definitely look at going back.

First of all, i want to express my great feedback about this exellent Hotel, i want to start from the staff - Mrs. Souhir the head of the reservation department, very welcome and professional, cleaning team, the rooms always very clean, very high level of security inside and outside the hotel, during my holiday i was from 20 till 27.07. 2026, the hotel celebrated the second year and the republic day of Tunisia, really was great celebration. The Hotel is very nice and very clean, Thanks to All the staff and my best wishes.. good luck and i hope to come again

Excellent experience. Momo very friendly and funny. Made day time games and night time experience very enjoyable. Friendly and made the stay very fun Hassen very good bar man very helpful Ahmed lifeguard very good. Constantly alert. Monitored pool very well
