Paradis Palace

Wonderful hotel fantastic staff would absolutely re visit. Rooms were clean and staff wonderful. The restaurant was really good. Fantastic bar staff and Jambo is the star ⭐️ and Franco yasin bebo ⭐️⭐️ Beca paradise palace is wonderful 🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is my honest opinion, we travelled as a family with children and honestly felt so uncomfortable- people went on like it was an adults only hotel. There is hardly any entertainment during the day and unless you want to get drunk of a night the entertainment is not good. The “kids entertainment consists of 4 songs and a half job” this is not my first time to Tunisia iv been coming since I was 11 and I am utterly shocked at this hotel. We have friends off resort and was able to eat out and do day trips but the food was mainly cold even meats, there is such a limited choice of foods really struggled with eating here and I am not even fussy. Some lunchtimes the chicken was still not fully cooked. The indoor pool it says you need to wear a hat and it appears this only applies for the English as everyone else got in without and nothing was said. The kids got shouted at for splashes in the pool? The waiters were very concerning of bringing drinks with alcohol in when asking for soft drinks, being over friendly which was a lot at times. There is a huge gap in food service from 2pm until 6:30 you will not be able to get anything to eat. I do feel management needs to relook at this because I feel that we were in survival mode all week

Paradis Palace is lovely, the rooms are perfect, the food is amazing and the animation team, especially Djambo, are amazing! Reception team are friendly and helpful and the BBQ beach bar is lovely on the beach to enjoy lunch at!❤️❤️😱❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
