After coming as a couple a few times we come with my disabled mum and our son they have loved it just as much as us. Can't wait to come back

I came in September & will definitely come back the staff are friendly the rooms are beautiful anything you need they will help, really enjoyed the food & entertainment is brilliant

Absolutely best hotel...entertainment staff are amazing and waiter/bar staff go above and beyond..the pool is great very clean food is different every night always something to try. Rooms are clean and cleaners are amazing would defo be back.

well what can i say, have had an amazing time here, made lovely friends with staff and have promised to come back in the near future for another holiday, weather fantastic especially with our last night view of a thunder and lighting storm with beautiful colours and lighting strikes ( dont get many of them in scotland). The staff are amazing, welcome you with open arms and they go out of their way to make your stay an experience to remember. The animation team are outstanding, i still dont know how they can have all the enthusiasm when its almost 40 degrees and getting people to do fitness stuff. Food is really good ( my partner loved his deserts every night, he has hinted he wants that at home lol). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was beautiful i went in the main hotel and air con was top notch, the sea view is amazing, room cleaned every day, fresh towels and the cleaners designed towels different every day lovely to see somethin different everytime we went back to room after a day at the pool. My partner treated me to a spa experience and omg what an amazing experience i had, i would highly recommend getting the full package ie sauna, seaweed scrub and full body massage, some of my ache and pains in shoulder and back have reduced and skin is soft like a babys bum. I have read that people are complaining they had to pay for cocktails, there are some cocktails that are in the all inclusive and there are a few ( sex on the beach, pino colada and mojito you have to pay but price is really good), that happens to every hotel you go to so dont know why people complain. The food changes every day for theme night but they do also have other things if you are not into the theme night or a picky eater ( which i am). If you need help as in you become ill speak to a member of staff and if they cant help you they will direct you to someone that can, ie they can get a doctor to you if you become very ill, they dont have room service but they can get a plate of food sent up to you if you explain to a staff member the situation.
