The hotel is reasonable, I admire the extreme cleanliness and dedication of the staff, all extremely friendly, the food is very good, I liked this hotel, I loved having enjoyed a few days of vacation there, everything was very good.

Just back from a weeks holiday. The kids loved the pools. Beach stunning. Rooms ok, beds changed daily, but the rooms are very dated. Great variety of food, would have been better to have more snack options for the kids freely, like ice cream. This was limited to an hour or so slot late afternoon, ice cream and waffles served. Two bar areas that are not part of all inclusive but reasonably priced. The staff were very attentive in the pool and bar areas. Specifically Mondher was absolutely wonderful to us as a family. Really friendly and worked really hard, a friendly face to see each evening. Animation team, great fun. On the whole we had a great week.

We have just returned from a holiday at Paradise Palace in Hammamet, Tunisia, and after reading many of the reviews, I honestly feel that some of them are unfair. First of all, this is a **4-star hotel**, originally built in the 1970s. Some of the rooms have been renovated while others are older, but ours was clean, comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. Our air conditioning worked ok. People also need to remember that they’re visiting **North Africa**, where summer temperatures can reach **40–50°C**. No air conditioning system is going to make your room feel like winter in those conditions. As for the food, we thought there was plenty of choice. I can’t imagine anyone not finding something they like.There were eggs, pancakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, cereals, salads, meat, fish, pasta, and much more. Even my very picky eater always found something to enjoy. The only suggestion I would make is to add porridge to the breakfast menu, as it’s a popular breakfast choice for many people nowadays. I’ve also seen complaints about the lack of sunbeds and shade. Personally, I’m a beach person rather than a pool person, and there were always plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, and palm trees providing natural shade on the beach. I spent most of my holiday there and had a wonderful time. It was also nice to watch the boys playing football on the beach. The animation team may not be the best I’ve ever seen, but they worked hard and were friendly. Every member of staff we met was kind, helpful, and polite. They even cleaned my insulated bottle to keep my drinks cold, and they were happy to help. The little beach bar was lovely, and the evening disco was great fun. I’ve also read complaints about jellyfish. Honestly, the hotel can’t control nature! Jellyfish are found all along this coastline, and there’s nothing the staff can do about them. I was stung myself. It was a little sore and left some redness, but it wasn’t a major issue. I rubbed the area with sand, and I was absolutely fine. Sometimes people make a much bigger problem out of small things. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday. If you’re looking for a luxury 5-star resort, then this hotel may not be for you. But if you’re looking for a friendly, clean hotel with good food, a beautiful beach, and excellent value for money, then Paradise Palace is definitely worth considering.
