My sister and I have just returned from a wonderful two-week stay at Paradis Palace, and before mentioning particular members of staff, I would like to recognise the entire team. Throughout our stay, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and professional. Whether it was the reception team, housekeeping, restaurant staff, bar staff, gardeners, beach staff, maintenance teams, or any of the behind-the-scenes staff, everyone seemed to take pride in their work and genuinely wanted guests to have the best possible holiday. Nothing ever appeared to be too much trouble, and any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. What stood out most was the positive attitude shown by everyone. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and that is undoubtedly down to the people who work there. I would also like to give special recognition to the animation team. Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication throughout our stay were truly outstanding. They worked incredibly hard from morning until night to ensure guests had an enjoyable and memorable holiday. Whether it was daytime activities, entertainment around the pool, or the evening shows, they gave 100% to everything they did. What impressed me most was that they were not simply organising activities or introducing outside performers. They were actively involved in the entertainment themselves, putting on performances and helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The effort, talent, and passion they brought to every show was clear to see, and they deserve tremendous credit for the enjoyment they bring to guests every day. I would also like to give a special mention to Mohammed in the restaurant, who looked after my sister and me during breakfast and evening meals. He was always attentive, friendly, and smiling, making sure everything was just right and that guests were well looked after. His excellent service never went unnoticed, and he is a real credit to the restaurant team. However, I would especially like to recognise Mondher at the beach bar. Having just returned from my second stay at Paradis Palace, I felt it was important to recognise what an outstanding member of staff he is. From the moment his shift started each afternoon, he was always friendly, attentive, and had a smile on his face. He regularly made sure my sister and I were looked after, often bringing our drinks over to our table and checking that everything was okay. What impressed me most was his positive attitude and professionalism. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and he always made guests feel welcome. His English is absolutely fantastic, and when he told us he had learned much of it from speaking with tourists, I was even more impressed. One evening there was a huge storm, and while most people were sheltering, Mondher was still there helping secure the beach bar and making sure everything was safe. Despite the weather, he remained cheerful and kept everyone's spirits up, which made for a memorable evening. Mondher is a real credit to Paradis Palace and a huge asset to the hotel. Excellent staff members deserve recognition, and he certainly deserves to be praised for the hard work, dedication, and excellent service he provides. I hope management recognise what a valuable member of the team they have in him. If you are thinking about booking Paradis Palace, I would absolutely recommend it. Having now visited twice, I can honestly say that the staff are one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication help create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. My sister and I had a wonderful holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to return again. Thank you, Mondher, thank you Mohammed, thank you to the animation team, and thank you to all the staff at Paradis Palace for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. Rooms very good all of the team are really good, food very tasty somthing different every night, and if you are a fussy eater that is no problem as they have pizza chips and all basic foods as well on all of the nights, highly recommend to all family’s with kids looking for a family holiday.

Right from the moment that we stepped off the coach, where we were met by a man who helped us with our cases, the staff here were excellent. We were checked in immediately and shown to our room, which was very nice and spotlessly clean. The hotel has large swimming pools, its own beach area and several bars. In addition, waiters are constantly on hand to bring you drinks without the need to move from your seat or sun lounger. The restaurants were clean and tidy with plenty of waiters attending to the guests, and a combination of Tunisian and European food on offer. The only downside for us was one particular waiter who seemed to want to pester my partner every evening, but we didn't let that spoil our overall experience. All the other staff who we met were friendly, helpful and very polite. The hotel is very well-maintained and kept clean throughout. It also has a large shop and a facility to change currency - very useful as you are not allowed to take Tunisian Dinar in or out of the country. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you decide to visit this amazing country.
