Paradis Palace

Be aware this hotel is NOT a 4 star. More like a 2 at best. Staff are rude, plates and cups are dirty, no alcohol is served at pool bars and the alcohol that is served is the worst all inclusive drink I’ve ever had. It is actually awful. They want extra money for everything. The drinks are SO bad. Multiple cockroaches in the room. No vibe. Staff just seem to have a problem with everything you do, it’s just like you’re a massive inconvenience even for asking for simple things like a fork to eat your dinner. I went to the bar to get two drinks for me and my friend and was told I wasn’t allowed two drinks. It really was ridiculous when what they’re giving me is a tiny plastic tumbler with a dribble of syrup “cocktail”. We are two adults just wanting to have a drink after dinner but even that was a problem. Everything you do is a problem. I would never come back to Tunisia or this hotel ever. Also really inappropriate and miserable staff - one member who stood outside the toilet waiting for my friend to come out at night and then started asking to add her on social media. Food is below standard too. Two positives is the beach is very nice and the animation team work hard. We went to the spa and again it’s like all the buildings are derelict and falling apart part.I don’t know what other people are experiencing here but just go somewhere else. It really isn’t great. Iv stayed in lots of hotels just on normal holidays and this is one of the worst.

The rooms are very good, the ac works, the staff are friendly and the entertainment is good and fun for all ages. very good hotel, would recomend

We've had such a fantastic holiday at Paradis Palace Hammamet and are genuinely sad to be leaving! From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were treated like royalty throughout our stay. The kindness and friendliness of everyone here really made our holiday extra special. One of our favourite parts was the relaxation pool. It was so peaceful and exactly what we needed to completely switch off and unwind. We also treated ourselves to a spa day, which was absolutely amazing and well worth it. We'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The rooms are a little dated, but they are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and looked after so well by the housekeeping team. Overall, this has been incredible value for money. We've had an amazing time, made some wonderful memories, and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable—we'll definitely be returning!

Our stay at Paradis Palace Hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was of a very high standard – from the accommodation, food, and cleanliness to the facilities and services the hotel offers. I would especially like to praise the hotel staff, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I have rarely experienced such dedication to guests and such warmth. Thanks to them, we felt completely at home. Compliments to the entire team for the excellent organization, service, and overall atmosphere. We are taking home beautiful memories from this trip, and we would definitely return again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a high-quality and worry-free vacation!

Rooms are nice and comfy, animations are amazing! And the food! OMG! Highly recommended!
