Brilliant loves it especially the waiters two in particular mondher khiari and ezzerdine they couldn’t do enough 5stars all the way

I visited this hotel for 10 nights. The apartments are spacious and mine was overlooking the pool. There were particular staff members that made extra effort. Jiji who was the front of house at then restaurant in then evening, she always had a smile on her face, and welcoming. She was always well presented and chatty. The lady who cooked the omlettes in the morning always smiling and made them to my liking every morning. The tall chef with the tall hat who catered to my daughters dietry requirement. In the bar there was Muhammad who worked in the evenings, always had a smile on his face and very polite. Also at the bar Kassam who knew how to make my drink that I made up and always did it perfectly, always had a smile on his face and generally a happy young man. Animation team, Jambo always a laugh and was very good with my daughter.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the staff. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help you out anyway they could. The entertainment team were very good, always something going on and very friendly. We enjoyed the spa while there and it was AMAZING! We have only just come home but looking at booking again.

Paradis Palace Hotel was not the paradise we had hoped for. This was our first all-inclusive holiday and, while the food was good (if not a little excessive in choice/amount) and the staff were generally polite and friendly, we were not expecting the somewhat Butlins-like day-long, noisy 'entertainment'. Although clean, the hotel itself was tired and in need of extensive updating. With only one plug socket in the twin room, don't arrive expecting to be able to charge multiple gadgets. There appeared to be little to see or do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and the tight security seemed to infer it was better to stay within the grounds. We did take a taxi to Hammenet Medina but expect to pay a fixed price as all the taxi drivers claimed they did not use their meters (despite the TUI rep advising they should). A massage and pedicure at the on-site spa was good and reasonably priced. Café Maure was a highlight as both the Moorish coffee and Tunisian tea were very enjoyable, particularly given the limited choice of non-alcoholic cold drinks some of which were truly bizarre. The beach was tropical; shame about the copious amount of plastic waste.

Amazing experience, staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and welcoming. 10/10 would come back! The shows of the animation team was amazing, staff keep all guest involved and entertained.
