Absolutely amazing hotel, the entertainment team specifically were very attentive and brought great energy. Chris, sonic, rada and heidi made my time here lovely, they always ensured we were taken care of and enjoyed our time.

4 adults, looking for a short break in a 4 star hotel, in the sunshine whilst it was wet and freezing at home. This is definately, not 4 star!! - an ageing shell shocked hotel, well past its best. Rooms need a complete refurbishment and the atmosphere reflects this. Lots of cleaning activity, but its difficult to make flaky paintwork, crazed sink glaze, cracked floor tiles and dirty grout look other than they are! With regards to the food, it was presented beautifully, but usually repetitive, tepid and not to my taste, resulting in stomach upsets. Give it a miss!

Great hotel, amazing staff good facilities, excellent food. If you can get as good a deal as I did you can't go wrong. The animation are so much fun. Hidi and Chris were so good, you're never sure how friendly it will be when you're a solo woman but they made me feel so comfy but without smothering. Make sure you use the spa, the deals are so good. Do the stretching with Hidi, a very civilised 10 am. Find Ali for the trips, the boat the camels and the quads were so much fun. The rooms are a little tired but it's clean, the all inclusive is well worth it and the indoor pool is such a bonus for out of season. If your thinking about it, just book, you won't be disappointed even though the price looks too good to be true.

I been coming to this hotel every single year always fun and such a good time to spend in this hotel The staff are so good and deliver such a good wonderful level of service. I would like to say an huge thank you to mr. Will chef entertainment his makes a really good job the way he deals with customers and how he speak makes everyone happy and focus to spend beautiful night thank you all Sonic ,ghada , Chris ,hidi, and my habibi Emino
