Location 10/10 (directly at the beach) Atmosphere 5/10 Rooms 5/10 (remember better times, but not as bad) Value 5/10 Cleanliness 5/10 (the sand on the beach requires regular cleaning - there are lots of cigarette butts; smoking is permitted in hotel rooms and on the beach) Noise level 7/10 Service 5/10 (the food was so so; not very pleasant service at the reception - one of the reception staff) Amenities 6/10 (Wi-Fi is weak at times;) If you don't care of the above and the sun and the water is all you need, the hotel is pretty ok.

I must admit even though I still have few days left I had a amazing time the staff was so amazing and helpful friendly and chill the weather was so fantastic the Polo was amazing my room was spotless the food was delicious not to mention drink as much you want I really enjoyed my stay looking forward to visit again 👍👍❤️

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. firstI got a dirty room with hair on the bed sheets, no air conditioner, and staff who completely ignore guests. The service was already bad. They sent to change the sheets , the mattress protector wasn’t even the right size for the mat to and full of hair on .On the second day we couldn’t even sleep because of the heat and noise coming from outside as we left the balcony door open to we get some fresh air .I went down at the reception to ask about the Ac or to change the room as we was not able to sleep , the reception staff was so unpleasant and was even trying to ignore me and given me to check on my booking that was mentioned in that there is no AC due to the Tunis rules which are not such of rules for the hotels are just internal rules . I asked to change the room and the second room was EVEN WORSE than the first one. It was obvious the staff had been using the room themselves - the toilet was already used ,and there was hair all over the place - bathroom, bed, floor. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic.We did not go back and complain as they told us that are full and no rooms , we just slept using the towels to cover the bed This place has zero cleanliness and zero respect for guests. Never again. The staff in the restaurant and bar no respect is like they hate them job and even not smiling, This hotel running just because rooms are sold with all inclusive not because of other . The beach no one even cleans the sand all was same everyday full of dirt even not safe to wall as we found broken glass . At the check out no one even ask you about your stay or everything was ok . Never back .

If you are coeliac or have any allergies do not go here. After asking several members of the restaurant team i was told which bread I could eat, it appears on day 3 that it contained gluten 😢. I even pointed to the allergy sign and they told me where the bread stand was 🤯 We ate out a few times and I missed meals as I didn’t feel safe eating the food in the restaurant. If I did eat, it was salad and dry chicken 😫 The room which we were allocated was very dated! The room was so spacious but needed a good refurb. The bathroom had a bath which was disgusting with black mould / grout. This hotel has so much potential, and what really makes it is the entertainment team, they work so hard. Also the pool and the beach. The hotel is in walking distance to the medina and a short taxi ride to the harbour. We will not be returning to this hotel and probably won’t return to Tunisia.

The worst hotel ever. Currently sat in the lobby 2am, arrived from the airport at 10pm..only to be told my love holiday reservation does not exist!!! Even though I showed the idiot bold guy in reception my reservation confirmation and booking number. I have to sit in the lobby till 8am. He expects me to pay a further £120 jus for tonight 🤬🤬🤬
