Riadh Palms

Overall really enjoyed the Holiday here. The public areas of the hotel were nice, clean and spacious. My room was a little dated but I wasn't there for the room! The food had good enough choices, some really nice servers and also some the could have smiled a bit. The stars were the entertainment team, Big shout out to Bomba, Maya, Pato, Maria and Max, and of course Saif. They put there all into the entertainment day and night, really friendly and nice to chat to, they actually take the time to interact and get you involved. I think my favourite night was the beach white party, so much fun! They work really hard and made our holiday even better! A server Walid really was the best, so kind and always with a smile and goes the extra mile. At the Bars there was a guy called Aziz, he was so kind and sweet always with a smile and amazing service. The location is amazing, the pool right next to the gorgeous beach! We did parasailing and jet ski which was so fun! And shops right outside the hotel made it easy to get pretty much any essentials you need. Only thing I'd warn about is if you're like us and just two women going, be careful walking outside the resort, we walked to the market and were targeted a LOT! It was quite overwhelming and a little scary, helps to cover up a bit especially top half and knees. Overall a really great experience, it's what you make of it. Could the rooms do with improvements, yes. But majority of the staff are kind and helpful, if you're respectful and kind, you'll get the same back! Small tips mean a lot to them here, look after the staff and they will look after you! The location and weather was great, and I would recommend this resort.

Where do i start, the list is endless, do not book this hotel, pictures make it look a lot better than it actually is, the rooms are outdated and very clean, the balcony all paint falling off, very run down. balcony sliding door did not lock told them twice never fixed, the smell from the bathroom of drains is putrid, no tea and coffee facilities in room, the air con hardly works rooms are still hot. Food awful same stuff everyday, and meat was dry, the coffee machines always broken, or not working properly, so many people in the buffet room, people just taking masses of food and not eating it. especially the water melon, which they only cut up a certain amount and people were taking 20 slices so noone could have any the annoying thing was they wasted most of it and left uneaten, should be a limit to how much you can take. Table and chairs by tiki bar no umbrella's and the only umbrella they did have was broken, chairs are all rusty and pain pealing off. Also no glasses go in dishwasher quick rinse and re-used, try and keep the same glass if you can. Now the Pool that is nice but unless you want to get up at 6am you will not get a sunbed is a joke and should not be aloud, i waited until after lunch when some became free, people we taking more sunbeds than needed so they did not have people sitting next to them, and some people never came to their sunbeds, again should have a system in place, like they in other decent hotels. on my last day, some did a poo in the pool, took about 6 staff who just stood round laughing for 30 minutes before attempting to do anything the got a net but now managed to break it up and make the situation worse, whilst still let people swim in that area of the pool absoultely vile, after an hour they seemed to get rid of if sprinkled a few thing in the pool and that was it. Hardly any unbrella's round pool when you do get a sunbed so no shade in the hot afternoon sun. Now the beach upon arrival i thought looked good, no sunbeds are set up, and once again unless you get their very early you wont get one and not enough beds to go round, you have to drag them and unload them yourself as noone their to help you do it, their was a lot of elderly people so god knows how they would manage it, the beach is extremly dirty, staff were throwing drinks and straws on the beach so the beach is covered in straws, and fag butts, other places a tractor normally rakes the beach every night, but never saw this, when i was in swimming their was bit of plastic floating round my legs. I would never stay at this hotel again and this is my honest opinion and i do not normally moan about any of the hotels i stay in, but this was so bad i felt the need to explain why. the only plus side was weather was nice

This was not our usual destination and I can safely say we will never be back . This whole experience was awful . Just to be clear , we always stay AI so we fully understand that all inclusive food can be a hit or a miss but the food here is terrible with no variety . Our room was barely cleaned , we had to ask at reception for clean towels as we never had any put in our room , our bedding hasn’t been changed all week . There is a dose of stomach issues going round the place but and there isn’t any soap in any of the dispensers so nobody can wash their hands properly . The male workers in the animation team are all over the young women and girls and it’s really uncomfortable to watch . We really feel like our annual holiday has been stolen from us and we won’t be returning or recommending this place

Location brilliant, staff good, rooms untidy, bathroom/ shower water leaking, toilet not flushing & ac not working 😕 to top it off only 1 room key reception system down

recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely funny. They made the stay enjoyable and always had a smile on their faces. Their positive attitude and great customer service were definitely the highlight of my visit. Food wasn’t amazing had to go out to eat most nights.
