Royal Azur Thalasso

My sister and I had the most wonderful stay at Royal Azure. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth by the friendly and professional front desk team, which made us feel instantly at ease and right at home. A very special thank you goes to Chokri, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He kindly arranged a beautiful room with a stunning pool and sea view, and each day he took the time to check in on us. His knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed—he was always happy to help with any questions and gave us great recommendations for activities to enjoy. Every single member of staff we encountered was attentive, welcoming, and consistently professional, creating such a positive and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. The buffet was another highlight—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, with something for everyone. The dining staff were incredibly attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. From the rooms to the food, the swimming pools and beach area, the service, and the facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is immaculate, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in creating a truly exceptional experience for their guests. We only wish we could have stayed longer! My sister and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you so much for such a memorable and enjoyable stay—it was truly a pleasure.

The Location of the hotel is not great, if you like to take a walk and see local life it is a bit of a walk although with Taxi down to the marker is around 15-20 minutes The atmosphere of the place is calm and relaxed so if that’s what you’re looking for this would be perfect if you looking for a bit of calm but with some excitement THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! The sister hotel next door is slightly livelier as it has entertainment which is not good at all (even more bad the the average bad) The rooms are probably what gives it its 5* rating they are nice although beds were too hard for my liking but nice a spacious for 3 ladies. I’m not sure if it was fully worth all inclusive you struggle to get a drink unless you tip the waiters other then that you might aswell pay half board or just room and pay for your drinks this is the WORST all inclusive I’ve been too usually I get my moneys worth in drinks whether that’s soft drink or alcohol as it stands I doubt I’ve even got through a 2litre bottle cups they give are tiny, there is hardly anyone at the pool bar so you have to travel to the bar inside. Staff are miserable as sin I’ve never encountered such miserable people in my life. If you want to do activities Sammy across the road from the hotel does good prices compared to the hotel. The food is normal all inclusive great at first but repetitive!! Overall hotel is clean, smells amazing and quiet enough to have a relaxing “boring”holiday BUT If you want some excitement, friendly staff and a holiday with balance this is not the hotel for you I won’t be returning nor will I recommend I must add the reception staff are lovely as well as 1or 2 individuals

We had a four-day sibling break and booked this hotel. From the start, the service was wonderful. We had a gentleman called Mohammed who looked after us. He was a very friendly chap and always made sure we were happy. The room was clean and our cleaner was a lovely lady. Towels and bedding were changed every day, and tea/coffee was replenished. I do wish they had more variation of English tea bags, though, as I am a big tea drinker, perhaps PG or some Yorkshire! The view of sea from our bedroom was amazing. The restaurant we dined in the most was the Eden. The choice of foods was good, and the fact that it was halal gave us so many options. The pool areas were very clean, and the beach was a few steps away within the complex, which was amazing. Saturday night entertainment was very good with dances from around the world. The main languages were French, Arabic, and German, but most of the staff spoke English well. Safety was very good in the hotel as you could not enter without showing a wristband. There was a souvenir shop and hairdressers opposite the hotel so we did not have to go far. The taxi stand was also outside, which was very convenient. The hotel did offer excursion days and created packages, which was great! Will definatly be visting again soon. A big thank you to Mohammed and Haytel (sorry if name wrong) for looking after us.

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The organisiation was a 10/10. Zeinab the receptionist, who is also managing the comfort of the guests makes a lot of effort for the stay.

Lovely hotel, amazing food - very aesthetically pleasing and lots of choice. The staff - amazing, so polite and really go out of your way. Chokri took care of us and greeted us and is great help! Tip the staff early on and your experience will be even better! Only thing that is a bit of a let down is the night entertainment could be better - they need to invest in an animation team and proper theatrical space for great evening entertainment.. is usually just a dancer or singer for small amount of time.
