Royal Nozha Beach

This is a beautiful hotel. There is a lot of attention to detail in thr presentation of everything, even down to if you usually have a straw or not in your drink. The waiting staff here are excellent. They were all very pleasant and helpful and made you feel really looked after. The cocktails were not nice but we were still about to find something we all liked so it wasn't an issue really. I am a fussy eater and I was able to find something easily to eat everyday. The food was lovely, including the food at the pool and beach bar which is made fresh. The pool area is kept really clean and the lifeguard it very helpful. Be prepared though, the pool is very cold. There was always enough sunbed no fighting on a morning. This was the same down by the beach. The walkway down the the private beach is beautiful and again really well maintained. There's a bowling alley under the hotel which was good fun for us. It cost about £11 for 3 of us to play. The entertainment team were really pleasant and didnt pressure anyone into joining in. The evening entertainment was ok. Make sure you use the free safe as our only let down was we are certain that a cleaner took money from our bags whilst we were at breakfast. The hotel management took this seriously and investigated it thoroughly. Apart from this, we honestly loved this hotel. The majority of the staff really make it a great place to be.

I accidentally booked the royal nozha hotel rather than it's sister hotel the nozha beach and spa(which is right next door) and I am so happy we didn't cancel. On arrival we were welcomed by the manager and welcome cocktails were brought to us while we sat and filled in the local charges form. The reception is really lovely and welcoming. We were almost the only people at the hotel,apart from another family of 3,so we were made to feel like family. The room we were given(3015)on the 1st floor was large and spacious,modern looking. Exactly as is shown in the photos on loveholidays website. Very clean,but could do with some updating to certain things like the sealant around the bathroom and tiles look a little old. The beds are very firm,but in the cupboard we're 5 duvets which could be used to soften the mattress. We had a family room which comprised of 2 rooms,1 had 3 beds in and the other had a huge bed,both rooms had TVs and WiFi was strong. The rest of the hotel can't be faulted for how clean it was. Everyday we saw painters,painting all areas along with a Gardner looking after all the plants and green areas and the cleaners were constantly tidying. Every single staff member was warm and welcoming. Dining: on your 1st visit to the dining room you are taken to a table(we could choose from any table we liked as we had free reign) and this is your table for your entire stay,which is such a nice part of this all inclusive hotel as at other hotels it can be a nightmare to find a suitable table at busy times. Our waiter,Abdulaziz,was so lovely,brought us our drinks as soon as he saw us enter the dining area and then attentively brought us more when ever he could see we had finished. Abdulaziz really is an asset to the hotel,along with every other waiter. Food: wow!the food at this 4 star hotel is better than any other hotel we have stayed at,including 5 star hotels in turkey and Bulgaria. They had varied dishes with fish,prawns and other shellfish ,lots of chicken turkey and even steak! Plenty of the options for the children, Including a big pizza station with fresh pizzas,chicken nuggets etc. A large salad station as you walk in and a large cake station,which were some of the best desserts I've had at a hotel(usually in hot places you will have desserts which are mainly made of gelatine) we had so many varied desserts along with a chocolate fountain every few nights. The fresh strawberries were amazing. Down at the pool bar you can get crepes with different sauces and fresh mini pizzas at certain times of the day and down at the beach bar they do beef burgers,chicken burgers,pizzas and crepes from 1pm until 6pm. You really are spoilt for choice. Also nice to see them use actual coca cola. Pool area: the pool was lovely and clean(although very cold this time in the year,but the kids happily got in) the lifeguard was brilliant,bringing sun lounger cushions and swapping over towels at the end of the day. He also kept the walk ways very clean and mopped regularly l,as the tiles got slippery when wet. There was never an issue getting a sun lounger,even when the hotel got really busy. Beach area: lots of seating in the bar area and sun loungers were plentiful.the lifeguards here were also really friendly. My son loves fishing and 1 of the lifeguards brought him in a small net 1 day to try and catch some fish and then the next day he had brought in a line,which is amazing thinking. Entertainment: slim and his team are new but tried so hard every day to get everyone involved in something. They did an amazing job entertaining everyone. Gigi was amazing at running the kids club ,which my daughter used most days ,she really was great with the children. FYI,if you want to buy anything the CITY SHOP directly across the road is huge and has great prices,I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. Overall we couldn't fault the hotel and it's amazing staff,I'm sorry I could remember everyone's name. I hope we will be back again with you soon. Thank you

The hotel amenities are of a good standard. Our room was spacious and excellent water pressure in the bathroom they were cleaned every day. There is a comfortable relaxed bar lounge if you like something a little more laid-back we’re excited to see the bowling Room area which opens up underneath the hotel a great space if the weather is not great. The hotel has a look of one that would be a lot more expensive. Eating: there are free main areas where we enjoyed eating. The main dining room itself was great because we kept our table for the whole day. As it was marked with our name and room number this avoided looking for a table or something we’ve experienced in other hotels. The food was exceptional for a four star. It was very varied and everything I tried was delicious. We did not eat very much by the pool but the food there looked good. We did however eat in the à la carte by the beach. The fish was our favourite dish. This was excellent and the staff were fantastic so kind. I would like to mention the head waiter by name but sadly I have forgotten. He was so welcoming and kind and was on the lookout on ways in which he could improve our experience. We also tried the pizza and burgers which you can order there outside of the à la carte and both were very good. We’re not big drinkers and only tried the wine and beer, which was above average for an all inclusive. The beach: we are total beach bums and spent all the sunny days there. A massive special thanks to Taz and Ash the lifeguards they were so kind and welcoming and made the effort to remember our names which must be difficult given how many people go to the beach. They always had some good advice for us of the local area and generally added to what felt like meeting friends when we would bring our towels to the beach. They are exceptional staff and a credit to the hotel. Some days they would do sweet things like put a basket of flowers on our table ready for us. It was nice touches like this. That really made us feel welcome. (They never expect a tip however recommend giving them one just to show your appreciation-this can be said for all of the staff that we had dealings with) Before coming, I noticed a negative review about People on the beach trying to sell some things in a pushy way. This was not our experience, there were people moving past offering to sell things but they never pushed and they moved on and it was an added treat to see a camel from time to time or some horses. The water sports is close and my partner enjoyed the jet skis. The location is good and to get to local attractions such as the Medinas and nothing is too far away and the prices of taxis are very reasonable. I think not only is this an excellent hotel, but the owners have really invested in some good staff. One night was my partner‘s birthday and they organise something special for him which was greatly appreciated. The staff are not only professional, but they are warm and friendly and a credit to the owner. We use the gym facilities here which are small but well equipped I was surprised to see a a Smith machine which you can do quite a lot with and enjoyed seeing the gardener as i made my way to the gym in the mornings, he is always friendly and very sweet. He always seems to be working very hard which is apparent on how well the grounds are kept. A couple of nights, I took myself down to see the entertainment and it was very good. Gigi was again very warm and the man with dreadlocks (sorry didn’t catch his name) were both very good at keeping the atmosphere going and making people laugh. My partner and I are lucky enough to go away on holiday regularly and I very rarely leave a review but this place is fantastic and highly recommend if you’re looking to stay here do it Overall an excellent hotel! Highly recommend

We arrived on friday afternoon, very tired, but we were welcomed, given a drink whilst the checkin process was sorted, very quick and efficient. This is not a massive hotel so does not appear to be over busy, this may be the time of year. However, all the staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. We had a couple of bad days of weather but can blame the hotel fo that though and the entertainment team ensured there were things to do. Gigi was brillint with my daughter wich was great, so thank you for that. The only down point for me and only minor, more could be done to keep the food a little hotter in the main resturant, food is good well cooked but gets cold quick even when one of the first one in, its a shame. Rooms are clean and sorted daily there is enough room in them, toilet a bathroom are seperate which is nice. Me and my daughter are flying home tomorrow, this was just a quick break for easter which we both enjoyed very much.

Welcoming smile when we arrived and given a nice drink while filling in arrival form. We went to our room which was spacious, comfy bed and pillows. We went down to the restaurant we had been given a green card with our details on, the restaurant manager greeted us and asked us to choose a table which would be ours for the week. Throughout the week there was plenty of food choices even for fussy eaters, the staff were all so friendly and cleared the table of plates quickly. We went to the bar on the first night there was music on as it was to cold outside, the entertainment team were there and Slim and Gigi came over and spoke us. We got to know the rest of the team the next day Neno Alpha and Ramy, they always spoke even a hello as you passed. We went to the beach daily and had fabulous service from Faycal and Tass, they swept the sand off the loungers put our towels on we even got flowers one day. The food at the beach was lovely a must try the crepes at the beach and pool bars we also had a visit to have an al a carte lunchtime meal. The rest of the week was great with some fun nights with other guests joining in with the entertainment team they were throughly enjoying themselves. One thing I did notice was the general manager Adnen was around everyday at the beach and pool and reception areas, we spoke a few times making sure to tell him what a fabulous team working for him, Slim and Gigi and the team all work so hard to make guests happy we can't wait to come back.
