Royal Nozha Beach

We just had an amazing holiday at the Royal Nozha hotel!🥰 We were 11 people, all family. All of us had great time, our kids, all aged 5 years old couldn't get enough of the pool water which was great to swim into. The beach is 2 minutes walk and everywhere is clean and tidy. All staff were so nice, always smiling and there to help in any possible way the client's need. Rooms are clean. The all inclusive food was delicious, we had fresh grilled fish, octopus, calamar and prawns and much more. I'm sorry I forgot the name of the pizza chef, best pizza's I've ever had! Thank you to all the chefs that cooked for us! Every day at lunch they have 2 cream soups to choose from. Every day there were 4 fresh delicious salads and the deserts selection was great. Kids enjoyed the variety of ice-cream each day😅 All staff at the restaurant was very friendly and they are all working hard to make sure the guests have the best service. Every day there are fresh made creps available at the bar by the pool or at the bar by the sea, ice cream and drinks(juices, bear, water and others), also pizza and burgers. A big thank you to the entertainment team, Slim, Pika (my daughter enjoyed playing at the kids club every day☺️), Alpha, Diaz and the rest of the team made our evenings fun. Every night they have 30 min dance with all the kids and than there is an entertaintment show, different each day. We've been back for 4 days now and we are still singing and dancing on the songs we learned, like we used to every night there😅 We booked a trip with the pirates ship, we were picked up from the hotel at 8:30am and we were back at around 1pm. We had fun, lunch on the ship, but we were back at the hotel before the lunch closed, so it really wasn't necessary. The crew pirates were funny and enertaining. One day we booked some taxies, there are taxies every day in front of the hotel, and we went to visit a medina near by. It was a 18min drive. Was interesting to see their shops and what they have to sell, but you can find pretty much the same things at the shop across the street from the hotel. There is a shop inside the hotel and has pool and water accesories for kids, if you don't want to carry them from home in your luggage. We bought accessories to play in the sand and then we left them at the hotel because they were too voluminous to take them home😅 We have also enjoyed a 35min massage at the spa inside the hotel. All in all, we feel we should've book a 10 day holiday to have more time to visit but we will hopefully be back next year.

I returned home 1 week ago after 11 fabulous nights at this hotel. I have one little thing I wasnt happy with which was the room cleaning . Not everyone had the same problem. My room was cleaned and beds were made but under the bed was dirty with rubbish under there and the lampshades in the bedroom were dirty . My reason for not reporting this was because I was busy having a fantastic time and I am positive if I had reported it that it would have been addressed. Now the good stuff . I can not thank Slim from animation team enough. He asked if there was any suggestions to make hotel better . Having mobility issues I suggested it would be good to have a wheelchair available so that people like myself could be able to access the beach and beach bar and restaurant. Within 2 days Slim turned up with a brand new wheelchair still wrapped in plastic .He offered to get his team to push me in it as well . In doing this my experience improved massively as I didn't have to miss out on going to such a beautiful beach and having the lovely food served there. This was my 2nd stay here and most of the people are all returners with some going twice a year . You can honestly see why people return . It's not a huge complex so everything is close and the staff are absolutely amazing . I really did feel for Slim people constantly going on about last year's animation team and comparing . He had a team with mostly new animators one of them just started whilst we were there and he turned out to be so talented . He was doing the fire-breathing along with the team doing the strong man show and he learnt all dances so quick so big well done to Diaz. It seems the longer it's going in the season the more organisation is happening and entertainment improving . Really special shout out to the amazing Slim ,Alpha, Anis,Marcelo, Diaz and Pika who were such good fun and definately made the holiday so memorable. The bar staff ,reception staff, restaurant staff and chefs were always smiling and friendly and not forgetting the lifeguard around the pool (Brain fog cant remember his name ) what an absolute gem of a man he should be on the stage he entertained us all . Doing club dances , raving round the pool to the music and not forgetting the special gift every day of fresh flowers put on your table next to sunbed every day . Sorry just remembered another little thing that needs improving . Im not really a big drinker but others were saying the spirits were very watery and couldn't taste the alcohol. I would honestly advise to grab a few bottles of your favourite tipple at the airport or plane and take it with you to drink As soon as my health improves this is the first place I will be looking to visit again . Nice size hotel, with pool, bar, table, chairs and entertainment stage in one area. Lounge inside with a bar and TV. Short walk to its own beach, bar and snack restaurant. Sandy beach with great blue sea view. Well cooked food in the restaurant, not always a big variety, but tasty. Seating in restaurant was allocated to you on first visit, then you used the same table each time, a good idea, no wandering around looking for a table. Rooms were large and plenty of storage, well decorated and tidy. Shower was over the bath, so may be a problem with some people, you have to be careful getting out on a tiled floor. Water was always hot, and strong. All the staff were very nice. What let's the hotel down is the entertainment, daytime, only a few games in which the new young animation team had to be helped by the guest to play. Evening entertainment was poor also, especially when the animation team were involved. Karaoke night, once a week was the best night. Hopefully the animation team will get better over time. Good atmosphere in the place.

We stayed at Royal Nozha from 19th to 28th May, a family of five. It's been a week since we got back, and I'm still mentally in Tunisia! 😁 It was our first visit, but we will definitely return and to this exact hotel, to my beloved Animation team! 🥰 Slim, Pika, Alfa, Diaz, Anis, Marcelo - guys, I miss you so much! 🤗 You are the best! 💎 I truly miss the morning yoga, daily aqua aerobics, Zumba and the fun and hilarious evening shows! 😁🤩 I was worried the kids might get bored without water slides, but the team made sure there wasn't a dull moment! My 7 y.o. daughter absolutely loved going to the kids' club with the wonderful Pika! The children also miss the pancakes made by the young guy at the bar by the pool, his are so much better than the ones at the bar by the sea. Overall, no complaints about the staff at all - everyone was warm and helpful. I'd also like to mention that we had booked 2 separate rooms as all the family apartments had been taken, but the manager sorted everything out on arrival, which made us very happy! The food was absolutely fantastic! The only exception was the restaurant by the sea - it just didn't work for us (you can book a table there once). The buffet is far better! A special thank you to our guide Said, who recommended some great excursions with unbeatable prices and also advised us on the best and not so great places to shop. The hotel itself is small but cosy - it feels like home. That atmosphere is created entirely by the people who work there. Replace them, and it would be nothing special. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed daily. Don't skimp on tips for your housekeepers, they work incredibly hard. 🙏🏻 The beach. The view is absolutely stunning, but it could do with better maintenance. My husband and I would take an evening walk and end up picking up litter along the way. There are bins everywhere, but people can't seem to make the effort to take two steps and that's really a shame. For swimming, we preferred to walk a little to the left, there were no rocks there. The hotel itself was ok food decent staff very good in restaurants and pool areas plus beach staff excellent. Let down by the reception staff on our day before departure. Went to change Dinar and was told no English currency available. The person on reception was very curt and completely unhelpful stating his country his rules about change. Was definitely robbed by this individual and offered 20 euros for what should have been around 35 pounds english. Also went to an alacarte restaurant on recommendation of Tui rep. Food was very good if a bit pricey but enjoyed. Asked for bill an was 316 Dinar. Asked to pay in English and the waiter asked for 105 English Pounds. Did not have enough and adked to pay by card which worked out at 80.00 pounds. This was definitely robbery. If you go to Tunisia ask to pay on card and you will not be robbed. Definitely will never ever be returning to this place as most are thieves and robbers.
