My Daughter and I had an incredible holiday. All the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable and would always go out of their way to make your time the best. The food was lovely, plenty of variety, the fruits, vegetables and desserts were exceptional. The rooms are spacious, spotless and comfortable, kept clean daily by a very friendly maid. The Annimation Team, Slim, Anis, Bob, Moha and Pika were the best that I have ever met. All team members were friendly, extremely funny and attentive, dedicating all of their time and energy to making the Guest feel happy at the pool even under extreme temperatures, I don’t think I have ever enjoyed a holiday quite like this before, I laughed so much. The very comical Team Leader Slim was fantastic he was meticulous and ensured that all activities and evening entertainment ran smoothly and encouraged guests to enjoy taking part on stage. I thought the Michael Jackson Show was incredible and the choreography was truly outstanding. Thank you to the manager Adnen Chamli, my Daughter and I feel safe and relaxed at your Hotel. This was my second stay and it was a memorable one, I will be returning when I can.

This was our first time going to Tunisia and it did not disappoint!! We have just returned after spending an amazing week all inclusive and would highly recommend it. My husband had booked this holiday where I celebrated my 50th birthday. I don’t even know where to begin all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly making us feel right at home, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Hotel was spotless, food was fantastic there was always plenty to choose from, something for everyone and was always lovely and fresh. We went down to the restaurant for dinner the night of my birthday to find that out lovely waiter had decorated our table with beautiful flowers and the chef had made me the most gorgeous birthday cake, this made it feel even more special. There was always plenty activities in or around the pool which was great. A big shout out to the wonderful animation team Slim, Anis, Bob, Moha and Pika you guys are truly amazing at what you do! Really made sure everyone was included in everything, chatting away to everyone and definitely gave us plenty of laughs along the way, you guys are hilarious.,Not forgetting our lifeguard by the pool, such a happy man always smiling, chatting and very helpful. Definitely a holiday to remember you guys gave us some of the most amazing memories and we are already looking at booking to come back next year 😃 Deborah & Allan Room 3021

We would definitely recommend this place to families! From the moment we arrived, all of the staff around the complex were so kind, welcoming, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our daughter 1st Hoilday away to feel special, and it really made our holiday unforgettable. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing with our daughter. They took the time to include her, made her laugh, and created so many wonderful memories for her throughout our stay. Seeing how happy she was made the whole experience even more enjoyable for us as parents. The genuine care and enthusiasm shown by everyone made this a truly special holiday, and it's one of the main reasons we'll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our family feel so welcome!

Where to start , just finish week holiday all inclusive as family of 5 Hotel is quite small with family atmosphere, rooms and hotel is clean but bathrooms need to be upgraded for sure !!! Entertainment team!!! Amazing!!!! Slim is something else in a good way, made even my moody teenager smile , rest is very good too. My only downside was food , breakfast good , well the typical, omelette, cereal etc Lunch not too bad too but dinner they can do better , only so much pizza and pasta you can eat , you had special meat like chicken or turkey but I suffer and I’m def not picky eater . You have crepes during the day and is very very good beach bar , few min walk . We visited 2 restaurants opposite hotel and both very good , quality food with great prices. Staff is very friendly, polite , and even if you don’t tip them , you still have 5star service. Overall we are very happy . Definitely worth it for the price we paid !

The most amazing place i’ve ever been. the staff (entertainment , kitchen, waiters, reception, cleaners) are so friendly and welcoming, most of them felt like family and i wouldn’t of had my holiday any other way. The food is fresh and very nice. Really everything is amazing and i would definitely come back.
