Royal Nozha Beach

The hotel overall is very clean and modern, with a fantastic pool area. Our room was also clean and very spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. My only thought is that the bathroom and toilets could do with a bit of a refresh, but the room itself was perfect. The food was better than the average all inclusive buffet and we had no issues filling our plates each day! Also love the option to eat down by the beach if you want to mix things up a bit. It was really easy to change our cash for Tunisian Dinah in the reception (as it's illegal to bring it in / take it out of the country), and there was a card machine conveniently round the corner as well. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and in some cases went above and beyond for you. Some notable mentions to Abdelaziz (so sorry if the spelling is awful!) who worked in the restaurant. Every time we came in, he was so happy to see us and got our drinks order ready and at our table before we even sat down! There was also a man at the pool bar (so sorry the name has escaped me) who we had a lot of laughs with and again just went above and beyond, remembering our drinks orders and bringing them to us instead of having to keep going up while we were playing cards and enjoying the evening entertainment. Also Faycal the lifeguard was awesome and a really fun presence around the pool. Finally - the animation team!! We aren't usually the types to get involved in activities or find ourselves chatting to people, but Slim and his team were SO much fun and genuinely just wanted to chat and get to know people. If you weren't up for taking part in the activities, this was no problem and we never felt pressured to. We miss Slim already! Despite some reviews implying you can only get a good service if you tip, we didn't once feel like we had to tip to get a good service. We tipped BECAUSE/after we had amazing service from people and felt they truly deserved it. We will definitely be back again in the future!

After a fantastic holiday at the Royal Nozha Hotel, I can honestly say we had an amazing stay. We arrived at around 11pm and were warmly welcomed by Saif, who made the check-in process quick and easy while explaining all the hotel facilities. We were then offered a welcome drink before being shown into the restaurant, where snacks had been prepared for late arrivals – a lovely touch after a long journey. Our room also had a 1.5-litre bottle of water, which was perfect to keep chilled in the fridge provided. The food throughout our stay was excellent. Breakfast offered freshly made omelettes, pancakes and waffles, along with a great selection of other choices. Lunch and dinner were equally impressive, with plenty of variety to suit everyone. The cake selection was absolutely amazing! When you check in, you're given a green card by reception. You hand this to the restaurant manager on your first visit, and they allocate you a table, which remains yours for the duration of your stay – a really nice idea. During your stay, you're also entitled to one meal at the Coco Beach Bar on the hotel's private beach from the à la carte menu. We chose the T-bone steak, and it was fantastic. The hotel itself is lovely, but what really makes it special is the incredible staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. From the animation team, who kept everyone entertained with daily pool activities and even a foam party, to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and reception team, everyone was friendly, hardworking and always smiling. The waiters quickly got to know us, and our favourite drinks were often waiting on the table by the time we returned from the buffet. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning next year. Thank you, Royal Nozha, for making our holiday so memorable!

A lovely hotel with very Friendly and helpful staff , lovely beach and spectacular beach with view . The food was excellent quality with plenty of variety, rooms were clean and tidy with ice cold Aircon, night would definitely recommend this Hotel.

If you don’t enjoy your holiday here you must have been ill. Probably the best all inclusive food we have had. Breakfast, the young lady and man on making omelet’s etc really nice and friendly as was our waiter in the annex dining room.Great pool with great pool man Fehcal. Fresh orange juice squeezed for you at breakfast nice touch. Animation team will talk to you!but soon leave you alone if not into it. What a hotel this could be with refurbished bathrooms, a little dodgy getting in and out of bath for showers.The air conditioning in inside bar is great but you pay for drinks after 11pm. All staff friendly, wages very low here, tip as you go, we did. could do with self service beer pump and wine. As Slim says relax and enjoy.😊

Amazing 10 days. The animation team are amazing, slim, anis and wajda made our holiday. Not laughed so much in years. Bar staff and lifeguard couldn’t do enough for us. Will 100% return, even just to see Slim and crew; felt like saying goodbye to family xxx
