please do not expect 5 star - we arrived late so the first experience was the restaurant - more like a cafe - tables/linen/drinks stations/blinds all old and antiquated - food choice was extremely poor - staff need training on touching raw food, then salad, then bread then cooked meats - the breakfast, started at 7, if you wanted anything hot, be prepared for the hot plates to heat up - the microwave was splattered with old food - and remained like that for our whole 9 day stay - the rooms are really bad - cracked sinks/baths/glass furniture tops - stained bedding/bed runners/lamps/rugs/sofas - wardrobes falling apart - bed linen ripped and not white - baths were stained and painted ( even the plugs) - curtains not fitting right - plugs/socket hanging off the wall - patio doors not closing - once fixed - poor security - our robes in the spa was ripped - off white - the entertainment team were none existent - even in presence - they did nothing - the day time and evening entertainment/ area was again: poor - the quality of the drinks and food was not up to standard. the list was endless - we would never return to this hotel. a big shout out to Moez, our poolside attendant who made our stay.

Main advice I'd tell anyone is to set your expectations before you go. This is not British 5 star but more like 3 but you get what you pay for and this is very well priced for what you get. This hotelis very tired in places, it needs a major overhaul. Considering i upgraded my room to the best Loveholidays would allow me to it was still very run down. Furnishings are done and need replacing, the bathroom needs totally replacing. The food is ok, not great but there's always something I could eat. On the plus side everything was clean except the balcony where it looks like the cleaners never touch it. The beds are comfy and the TV worked great. The staff are lovely, very pleasant and attentive. A small tip now and then goes a long way and these people obviously work hard for little money. Some of the management need to work on their people skills but generally bar, pool, restaurant and cleaning staff were exceptional although I question why there is an animation team as other than dancing with some kids they do nothing all day. Location is isolated so you need to be happy to stay at the pool or beach however staff will help you arrange excursions. Evening entertainment was hit and miss but the season has not really started yet.

I came here for half term with my boy. Didn’t know what to expect but website shows really good pics etc. honest review- it’s rained for 3 days on arrival so myself and son kept ourselves occupied with football indoors. There wasn’t much to do until the sun came out. My room was lovely and spacious and cleaned everyday. Hotel staff very nice reception could not do enough for me. I had a few issue but we’re all resolved. So I can’t complain. Not much going on in the day but my son was 5 and just wanted to play football so it worked well for us. Entertainment at night was ok. The animation team are fab and did the best they could. There isn’t anything to do near the hotel but again suited us fine we was there for a week and my son just played football. Food was repetitive but, there was always something to eat so I wasn’t too fussed and always left with a full belly. Not sure about breakfast we always lie in on holidays. We met some fabulous people which made the holiday so we had a fab time. If your looking for something chilled this is your hotel but if need something going on for kids day and night they might be bored. We didn’t go into the pool as it was freezing but again it was March: April out of season but I don’t believe it’s heated. We enjoyed ourselves but it’s each to their own.

The service in this hotel is second to none - absolutely exemplary! FOOD; the best Iv had in Tunisia ( Iv travelled here 5 times) ANIMATION/ENTERTAINMENT : excellent, so much fun , friendly and fab entertainment ( however the team were leaving later that day due to the hotel not providing resources like footballs etc to entertain kids! Then finally: be very aware if you are female ; be very aware to the very dark attractive waiters who pretend they like you . They arrange to meet you on the beach , have sex, leave you to walk back alone to hotel . They fill your head with how special you are and how much they like you - but it’s all a sham! A lie! As soon as I came home, the waiter in question from the restaurant was asking me for money !!! I’m not daft , iv watched the love rats/ holiday rats on tv and this is a GODFORSAKEN HAVEN FOR THEM! I JUST WANT TO SAVE ANYONE ELSE FALLING FOR A GORGEOUS MAN , to be let down like I have ! He used and abused me and then asked for money as though Iv never come across this before. I will never ever return to this hotel because of how they treat women.

This was our first visit to Tunisia. The hotel was was a bit outdated in parts. Having said that it was very clean. The food was very good. I was always able to find something nice to eat and drink. Ice cream was available in abundance for those who enjoy it. The children made the most of it. The room was fine, maid service excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels and sunbeds. I could not complain about the hotel at all. There was nothing to complain about. Everyone was very helpful. I was not as happy with Tunisia as a holiday destination. It wasn't for us. Not really enough round and about to see and do. A shortage of local shops and cafe's for me. That does not reflect in any way on the people or the hotel. We were made more than welcome
