Don’t let other reviews put u off!! I was terrified coming after reading reviews and I was wrong to be! Sorry for long review! Myself and my partner were here for 1 week…. Hotel staff are amazing! Can’t do enough for you! Our room was lovely amazing view with sea view and pool view. We were 276 ! Room cleaners were lovely and the room was spotless every day with fresh towels! We arrived at 8.30pm and was told to go straight to the restaurant before it closed for food. Tarek was the luggage man he was fab! Remembered our names the full holiday! Pool man would come and speak to you everyday! They supply pool towels on the loungers! Now I read you don’t get a bed after 6am! We went down at 10 most morning and could choose any bed! Of course the hotels not busy when we came. We are Glasgow Celtic football fans and the animation team chico set up a screen projector in the conference room which I then did screen mirror from my phone for the fans to watch the game! Bar staff are brilliant! Tutti fruit cocktail is the best! Evening entertainment has been sax player, Live singer, live band & karaoke which has been good! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so no shops nearby! There is a shop in the hotel down towards the spa which sells crisps and choc but we got a taxi to the mall of scouss which was £20 each way 40 mins away! Adel was the driver and he was so kind! Told us what landmarks were nearby ect! He waited at the mall till we were ready to come home! In the mall you have kfc Burger King and a supermarket which I would advise to get snacks as after 9pm you can’t get food at the hotel other than room service which u pay for! We booked a spa day! £40 each for 4 hours in the spa area hydro pool steam sauna Rooms with a 30 mins full massage and facial which was lovely!! We have had a lovely holiday! The food is ok always find something to eat! The grilled chicken at the al a carte restaurant which is free 1 night was really good! Hotel lobby bar areas are beautiful! Few things which the hotel could improve on is just the pool at night has no lights so it’s very dark, Nothing for kids to do al all simply add a few little slides and a park kids would be happy! Snack bar while the restaurant is closed would be a good idea simply foods like chips and pizza would be ideal. I would come back again with my partner but sadly wouldn’t bring my children

Just back from a week's stay at this hotel and it was lovely! The rooms are nice and spacious and the beds are comfy which is always a winner. The hotel is out the way a bit,however the train is literally just outside from the hotel which you can get into Monastir or Sousse. I'm a bit of a fussy eater but always found something to eat at meal times, only thing is they could do with cooking their chips a bit longer haha. Also there was no afternoon snacks, usually in all inclusive hotels there's something on throughout the day so if you didn't fancy lunch but were hungry before dinner you could grab something. Another thing that was disappointing with the hotel is that you have to pay to use the gym which again ive never had to do when staying all inclusive, was also annoyed that you had to pay to use the indoor pool in the spa bit however then found out there was another one you could use for free so wasnt so bad as the outdoor pools were still far to cold. The staff were all lovely and the service from them was brilliant from the waiters in the restaurant to the bar staff, Monia and Badr needs a special shout out. The hotel entertainment wasnt great, they had singers on at night however only till 22.30 and that was it,and even then they had to turn it down due to moany guests complaining about the noise when it was only the back of 9! If you want a quiet holiday with no noise go on a saga elderly person's holiday as not everyone wants to sit in silence by 9pm on holiday!! But Amin and Mohammad were wee stars and allowed us to play music a couple nights after the entertainment finished which I think made everyone's night better. On our last night we were upgraded to a suite as they needed our rooms for new guests arriving and were told we could also have a later check out of 1pm for doing this, however when some of us ( there were 9 of us) tried to get into our rooms after 11 the keys had been deactivated!! So we hadnt been given the 1pm check out as promised, and then paid to keep the room on till 4pm. All in all the hotel is lovely, the food and drinks were nice and staff were all lovely and helpful. Would definitely return to this hotel, just need more activities for throughout the day.
