Lovely hotel, lovely food and brilliant pool staff, throughout the whole week it was a brilliant week away. The reason for it not being a 5 star is the reception staff wasn’t really helpful, we asked for batteries for the tv remote which took two days to come after several attempts of asking and we asked over four time for bottle of water for the room which we are still waiting for they took our room number down etc but never received any which is a real shame really as we had a brilliant time staying there. The pool staff though were brilliant and a great week away.

Okay so these reviews are pretty wild. We arrived this morning at around 11:30/12:00. Like all hotels anywhere in the world, including the Uk check in is usually afternoon so we expected this and had to wait for our room to be ready which was fine with us! We then got told what time lunch was (from 12:30) and got directed to the bar, don’t really need a map as it’s pretty self explanatory and not a huge complex. We got given wrist bands and told to return around 2:30/3:00 for our room all pretty normal… Hotel is lovely and beautiful and most importantly exceptionally clean. It’s very chilled, and I instantly felt relaxed. The staff seem very friendly and always smiling, we got served and welcomed straight away at the bar and then welcomed by every staff member after this. The beach is lovely. There are some works being done but what do you expect out of season. We then headed to lunch, the food is lovely and exactly what you would expect from an all inclusive, plenty of options, food cooked infront of you and reasonably tidy and clean (at this price in my opinion it’s very good!) He then headed to ask if our room was ready which it was and a lovely bell boy got our luggage and showed us to our room which by the way is absolutely stunning. Obviously time will make this definite but all in all first impressions are 10/10!! I was extremely nervous about coming here as I am 27 weeks pregnant due to all these bad reviews but I think people are just always trying to find a way to get some money back and complain. I instantly felt calm, safe and relaxed at this hotel. Would definitely recommend especially as it’s quite cheap!

Where do I start! Let's start with the positives, the room was immaculate, can't fault that, the young lady that works the piano bar in the day was amazing, the lad on the beach bar that speaks about seven languages was great, the food was spot on....now the negatives, It was apparent that the staff on the bar of an evening didn't have a clue, the queues were horrendous, to the point I bought a couple of bottles of vodka in town as it was easier to go to my room than use the bar My air con didn't work for the duration of my stay and the fella at reception just looked at me like I was a problem I asked for ice for my drinks in my room and was told point blank no There was no vodka available at the pool bar, I watched the barman pour me gin and pass it off as vodka The entertainment was in a room with no bar, so you have to cross reception to join a massive queue at the bar so you'd miss anything that was going on Such a shame, all the ingredients are here for a great hotel, but most, not all I hasten to add need to realise that they are not doing you a favour, the guests have paid for a level of service

Definately not a 5 star - hotel looks good but service is appalling long long queues for drinks and drinks options limited always running out of essentials lemons,ice, tonics and even sliced bread at breakfast - over worked and under staffed , morale was low , workers not happy . The Manager needs to get a grip
