This was our second trip, having stayed there first in September 2025. I was with my sister and the reception manager recognised us immediately and welcomed us back which was great. Whilst we waited for our room, we went for lunch in the restaurant and, again, one of the managers there recognised us and gave us both a warm greeting. On both trips we had upgraded our room to one with a sea and pool view and were so lucky the first time - we were given a room at the far end of the hotel/pool, on the left hand side, overlooking the entertainment area with a huge balcony which was amazing. We weren’t as lucky in May of this year but still had a lovely room albeit not as big and well situated as the one we had last September. The hotel is located on a private beach which is maintained regularly and is clean and relaxing. The hotel staff there are friendly and very accommodating, and found us sun loungers every day - we couldn’t have asked for more. The food in the buffet restaurant is varied and hot and there’s something for everyone. Most of the waiters there are friendly and welcoming. We were lucky on our last trip to meet Mohammed, whose English was very good, and who taught us Tunisian Arabic phrases every day which was fun! The animation team work long hours and do their best to entertain and include the guests. Don’t let any bad reviews deter you from booking this hotel. Yes, it isn’t perfect but has many more good points than bad and still represents excellent value for money. As many people have already said, there isn’t anything outside of the hotel to do but Monastir and Sousse are only short taxi rides away if you want to venture out. We enjoy it so much we’ve booked to go again in six weeks time and I’ve also ‘sold’ the holiday to a friend who has booked to go too! I’m crossing my fingers that we get extra lucky again and are given a room in the location we had the first time as we had many a laugh perfecting the dance to Jerusalema on the large balcony before joining in with the animation team 😄 On our last evening, lots of the staff came to say goodbye and thanked us visiting. From myself and Alison, thank you to everyone who made our trips memorable. We had a great time both times. We’re looking forward to seeing you all again on the 24th of September!

We had a 10 night holiday, from end of July to beginning of August. On arrival we were offered a welcoming drink and were able to view and use the all inclusive facilities within the hotel sraight away whist our room was being prepared. Our room was ground floor pool view, air-conditioning worked well, room a little tired looking, but spacious and clean. We did have an issue with the room safe and a leak from the air-conditioning unit, but these were sorted within a matter of minutes, the staff were quick to sort a problem. The beach was amazing, big shout out to Muiez, he kept the beach clean, and looked after us well, he had a great sense of humour and went above and beyond his job. The food was lovely, great selection and always welcomed into the restaurant with a friendly welcome. The animation team work hard to put on events for guests throughout the day and evening. Only negative is that the evening entertainment by the pool was not great, different singers, but the songs were always the same. All in all an enjoyable, relaxing holiday.

We had the best time!!! Please do not listen to the negative comments, they are from negative guests. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond to help, everyone was so helpful and lovely. Special shoutout to Mongi in the restaurant, he is a superstar! ⭐ Hotel is stunning, rooms are fantastic, entertainment staff are just non stop happiness, even the lifeguards are brilliant. As a family of 6 there was always so much food choice. Drinks could be colder but we were there in a heatwave! Not the hotels fault. And the bartender at the pool bar is an absolute hero 😊 definitely go to the beach the sea is beautiful. The only suggestion i have is that they need soda machines, so people can get their own sodas, it would take a huge weight off the bartenders!

We had an amazing 7 nights holiday. 8 adults and 2 kids ( 2 and 7). We can't complain. Despite of some negative review I've seen before going, everything was lovely. We arrived at 21:00 and until the check in has been done, no more restaurant to eat, so we've been a bit dissapointed as wanted something for kids, but we were expecting this. A bar staff allowed us to take some tea cake from the bar to have something at least, so my son was very happy for a sweet treat at 21:30🙈. Rooms lovely and clean. We had an incident with the bathroom flooded in my mum room, when we came from the pool was lots of water on the floor, but we informed the staff and they quickly sorted. Pool and beach clean. The kids loved playing in the sand in the morning and spending the time by the pool afternoon. We loved that the sun beds are next to the sea. This was a big plus for us, we could go in the water and watching the kids playing. Kids club good aswell and during the evening the entertainment team. Food ok, could be a bit better, but can't complain. My husband is very fussy with the food and he had plenty of choices to eat. Fresh griil every evening. Plenty of delicious cakes and fruits. And the icecream yummy tasty. Staff all nice. We will definetly come back in the future. Thank you!
