Sentido Bellevue Park

Visited this Hotel in June .I can't praise this hotel enough. We arrived very late 23.45 hrs after a 5hrs delay, and was so surprised to find a restaurant open to obtain a proper meal with Alcohol, ( which was needed after the journey from hell.) I have never visited a hotel where ALL STAFF are so pleasant , helpful and professional. The quality and variety of food is amazing. Staff go out of their way to ensure every aspect of your holiday is perfect. Really must say a big thankyou to the waiters on the beach.These men are amazing they walk up and down the beach in temperature's of above 32° ensuring you are never without a drink if you require one, all with a big smile. While we were there we had a beach foam party which was great fun. As a older couple it was really appreciated that we could sit and have a relaxing drink on the terrace in the eveing and enjoy live background music provided by outside musicians. Not everyone wants to go to the family eveing entertainment provided by the animation team or outside variety acts. All of the hotel,the grounds and beach are kept spotless clean. If I was going to say anything negative about this hote l it would be to say the bathrooms are dated and could do with replacing baths with overhead showers, to walk in showers. Climbing in and out of a very deep bath to have a shower is potentially a accident waiting to happen especially with the not so agile. However on a plus side there was always plenty of hot water and the bathroom was kept spotless clean , with clean towels and lots of toilet paper. We will definitely be booking to return Thankyou to everyone employed at the hotel
