Very good hotel staff are very friendly and respectful Animation team always make a great moments with us of course bar staff and restaurant was so nice with us and they gave us a good service will back agin I recommend 🇹🇳

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and all the hotel facilities were well maintained. The beach, pool areas, and overall atmosphere were fantastic. What truly made this holiday special was the entertainment team. They were energetic, professional, friendly, and always made sure guests were having a great time From daytime activities to the evening shows, their enthusiasm created an amazing atmosphere throughout the hotel. They made everyone feel welcome and brought so much fun and positive energy to every day. The staff in all departments were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. This is a true 5-star hotel that offers excellent service, comfort, and unforgettable memories. I highly recommend it and would definitely return in the future

I have just arrived back from my family holiday and the food in the hotel was amazing. And the hotel was so clean and a nice environment to be in. I have seen some negative reviews about the team but don't let them deceive you. The best part of the holiday was the entertainment team, especially Mike and Djo. The team were so friendly and good with the kids, they worked so hard all day to make sure we had a good time away, and the shows were amazing and I can't wait to come back to the hotel next year and hopefully see the team again.

Absolutely amazing hotel and the service is top notch. Kamel brought us drinks every day and was outstanding every time. We cannot praise him enough. We are on our last few days of a 2 week break and although we're looking forward to going home we would not hesitate to book here again. I saw one bad review posted the other day but it was from a disgruntled x staff member so please ignore it.
