We had an amazing stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and filled with loads of fun activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay. What really made the experience special were the friendly people there, especially Chico he made us feel so welcome from the start, always approachable and provided us with great entertainment which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bartender Ayman give us a warm welcome and positive attitude which really added to the atmosphere and made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, friendly, and relaxing stay. Will definitely be coming back.

The entertainment team is pressuring us to buy entertainment T-shirts,disco tour, parfums or hash😡 Hotel not safe. When we refuse to buy these items, they ignore us and exclude us from the activities. This behavior makes us uncomfortable because these purchases should be optional, and everyone should be treated respectfully regardless of their decision.we are guest and we pay money to enjoy our holiday.

Apologies this review is so late — we came straight back into a month of chaos and stress… but honestly, we’re still walking on air thanks to the amazing Sentido! Where do I even begin? First of all — the value. We had a 12-day family holiday for 4 people, all-inclusive, in a sea-view suite, for what we would normally expect to pay per person elsewhere! Pound for pound, this was hands down the best resort we’ve ever stayed at. We’ve stayed in some extremely fancy and luxurious all-inclusive resorts around the world, and with most of them we’ve always found faults — usually because the price creates huge expectations. Sentido was completely different. Because it was such incredible value, it exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The staff were absolutely amazing — hardworking, happy, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the cleaners to the serving staff, nothing was ever too much trouble. I have food intolerances, and Mr Mukhtar, who runs the restaurant with an iron fist (in the best possible way!), personally made sure every single meal I had was safe to eat. Even when we ate outside the hotel, local people would notice our Sentido wristbands and ask if we knew the “Amazing Mr Mukhtar” — everyone spoke about him with genuine admiration and respect for how he runs his team. I also loved how the bar staff quickly learned exactly how I liked my drinks — sometimes they’d appear in front of me before I’d even ordered! The waiters were fantastic with the kids too. In fact, every single member of staff made our children feel so welcome. The animation team deserve a special mention as well — absolutely incredible. They were on their feet from morning until night, full of energy, and my kids absolutely adored every single one of them. Honestly, seeing how happy our children were on this holiday said everything. The fact they were asking to come back before we’d even left speaks volumes. The weather was glorious, we never struggled to get sun loungers, and the lifeguards and cabana staff were brilliant too. Even though we visited off-peak, there was always something going on during the day and plenty to do. Thank you so much, Sentido. You gave our family memories we’ll genuinely never forget, and we cannot wait to come back and see you all again soon!

Where do I start. The room was welcoming. Cleaned everyday perfect view and looked great. The atmosphere of the hotel was overall very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and sweet. It is in a central location which makes it easy to get to much places on the area. The food is amazing with big variety you’d have to see it for yourself to fathom it. Overall great value for money and would love to go again.
