The staff were the best part. Check in was fantastic, we arrived late in the evening after dinner service but they sent us to the restaurant to get some food before checking in which was a lovely addition. The entertainment team made us feel so welcomed, remembered us and encouraging us to get involved in games. The wait staff were spot on, remembered our drinks and bringing them without us needing to ask. The cleaners also clearly do a great job as the place is spotless. The hotel itself is incredible. The resort is on the beach, there are 2 pools - one with the day entertainment and a quieter one. The rooms were also great. The security made us feel very safe too. And on site horses! We are booking for next year for 10 days instead of 1 week. See you soon!

This is our second visit to this hotel, and we absolutely love it. It offers amazing value for money, the location is stunning, and the staff work tirelessly to keep everything clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. From the moment you arrive, every member of staff makes you feel genuinely welcome. The chefs in all of the restaurants and at the beach bar, the waiters, bar staff, and the animation team all work incredibly hard to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. They go out of their way to make you feel included, inviting you to take part in fitness classes and fun activities throughout your stay. This is a fantastic hotel for the price, but what truly makes it special is the dedication of the staff. Every single day, they put in so much effort to make your holiday memorable and to ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Great pool, friendly staff, entertainment team amazing. However hotel very tired, shower in bath, bath room very old. Had to ask for change of sheets after one week. Food good but repetitive. Beach sandy but there is a slight ledge to get into sea which is awkward for reduced mobility. Do not recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues, steps everywhere to restaurants, reception rooms up and down constantly.

Best Holiday ever highly recommend this hotel the Poole is clean and warm and lovely the entertainment team are fabulous and very very good crazy train is brilliant. So much fun is our third time here would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The food is lovely. This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been. The staff made our Holiday amazing bar staff reception clean lady entertainment everyone here is so lovely amazing service people are nice, kind and polite. I will definitely come back
