Sentido Phenicia

The beach was very good and the staff worked hard, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the hotel overall. The food was very repetitive, with almost the same choices every day. The dinner system was particularly disappointing. You are allocated a sitting at either 6pm or 8pm and have to eat at that time. When you are on holiday, you should have the freedom to choose when you want to eat. The room was dated, especially the bathroom, which really needs renovation. The lifts were also very old and need updating. On our departure day, our airport transfer coach was outside the hotel, but nobody from reception informed us that it had arrived. We nearly missed our transfer to the airport, which was extremely stressful when we had a flight to catch. The beach was the best part of our stay and the staff deserve credit for working hard, but overall the hotel needs significant improvement. We would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed here for a week. Hotel lovely, only down side was lack of air con in the rooms & restaurants. Breakfast was shocking. The room was full of flies & selection not great. Evening meal was ok. There is 2 sittings which we felt was not needed. Found our meal was always rushed. Entertainment team were amazing, our grand daughter loved them. They made the holiday. Evening entertainment again was brilliant. We would return but there are things that need improving

Amazing Phenicia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another amazing stay at Phenicia! Our third time staying here. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and there is such a lovely atmosphere throughout. The food, entertainment and facilities are fantastic, and there is always something to enjoy. The cleaning staff, waiters and bar staff are brilliant. There are lots of opportunities including spa treatments; massages and facial. The crazy train is a worthwhile experience and will make you laugh, the staff work so hard to bring you joy and happiness. There is bingo, tombola and the entertainment is not pushy or pressured. Everyone is included if they wish to. We have had the most amazing time at Phenicia, and Alina deserves a special mention! She is so friendly, welcoming and genuinely inclusive, making everyone feel involved and part of the fun. Her energy is infectious, and the dance shows have been absolutely fantastic. She brings so much happiness to the evenings and has had us smiling, laughing and dancing along every night! Alina is a real asset to Phenicia and deserves all the recognition and praise she can get. She works so hard to make sure everyone has a brilliant time, and it really shows. We will definitely remember her as one of the highlights of our holiday. ❤️ Thank you all the staff for making our holiday even more special! 🌟 We will definitely be back again. This is our favourite place. People made our holiday special xxx

After 2 weeks at the phenicia here's an honest review. The hotel is very nice indeed, the rooms are more than adequate, comfortable and very clean. The bed (in my opinion) was uncomfortable, but I am fussy and dont like hard beds. The bathrooms are very clean too. The hotel itself is beautiful, the outside spaces are extremely well maintained and kept very clean and tidy. There are plenty of sunbeds to go round wether around the pool and garden or the beach. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and will do anything to assist you. The entertainment team are also fantastic at getting everyone involved without being pushy. The food on offer is very nice with a great variety, mainly local style food which is very tasty( the kebab wraps at the bbq restaurant are amazing) our only bother was my wife has coeliac disease and this wasn't fully understood by the food staff. She was told chips were fine, but they were cooked in same fryer as chicken nuggets, so cross contamination was a bit of an issue. Trying to explain this to the head chef was difficult and after 2 days he just seemed to not be bothered any more! Other than this the whole experience was fantastic and we would honestly quite happily return in the future.

🌴☀️ HOTEL PHENICIA — ANOTHER AMAZING STAY ❤️🇹🇳 8:30am on Saturday morning, sitting on the balcony, soaking up the sunshine with temperatures already reaching 36°C… and honestly, I couldn’t think of anywhere I’d rather be! ☀️ There is something very special about Phenicia. We keep coming back, and one of the biggest reasons is the people. Anis, Alina, Sasha, Ziggy — it is always fantastic to reunite with you, along with all your colleagues who make every visit feel like coming home. From the animation team, chefs and cleaners to reception, waiters, bar staff and everyone working behind the scenes, every single person plays a massive part in what makes Hotel Phenicia so special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the grounds are stunning and there is so much to enjoy, but without these incredible people, it would simply be another holiday destination. It’s the people and the hearts they have that make Phenicia truly beautiful. ❤️ 🍽️ The food offers a fantastic variety with plenty of choice, and the new snack bar is absolutely incredible! Definitely worth trying. Everywhere you go, you are met with friendly faces, genuine smiles and people who work incredibly hard to make your holiday special. For us, Phenicia isn’t just somewhere we visit — it’s somewhere we love returning to. 🌴☀️ I highly recommend Hotel Phenicia to everyone.
