Sentido Phenicia

Stayed for a week on half board. Food was amazing, lots of choice for everyone. Theres a juice station with gorgeous freshly squeezed orange juice, and lovely coffee. Dinner had the most amazing desserts, ice-cream, salads and fresh stations. My only concern was that at breakfast time birds were flying in and pecking the food. A few covers on the breads and cakes would be ideal. Heated indoor pool was amazing. The grounds are beautiful , never got sick of looking at them and walking around The staff were very helpful, especially Rushti our lovely waiter, Marwhen the fantastic pizza maker and the rest of the catering staff were all very attentive. Not sure what the issue is with the spoons. You have to keep asking for a spoon which was quite frustrating. The gym was adequate. The walk on the private beach was lovely but it was in a bit of a mess due to a previous bad storm. If you are half board I found the drinks to be expensive. I found the reception staff to be quite surly, brusque and not very friendly . I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is going to be having a refurb this year which is a good thing as the rooms are a little dated.

We recently spent four days at Sentido Phenicia, and overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has a beautiful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. The pool and beach areas were especially nice and perfect for relaxing. One of the best parts of our stay was the variety of activities available. There were many things to do during the day, which kept the experience fun and entertaining. It’s a great place whether you want to relax or stay active. The food was good with a nice variety of options each day. However, the only negative point for us was during meal times. Some staff members seemed to watch guests very closely while they were eating, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable. We understand supervision is important, but a more discreet approach would make the dining experience more relaxing. Aside from this small issue, we had a great stay and would consider returning in the future.

This hotel was amazing, the staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. The check- in was stress free and we even managed to change some money over at the front desk. The rooms were adequate for what we needed but the bathrooms could of done with a bit of renovation, however it was no issue and still did the job. The entertainment team were fantastic, offering activities all day around the pool and at the activities center, archery being our favourite. And then they continued the fun in an evening. The outside heated pool was fantastic and a luxury seeing as we were here in February. The food was fantastic, never had a bad meal once and the chefs were fantastic, from breakfast through to dinner. Also the waiters on a nighttime were fantastic and always remembered your order from the night before and brought your drinks to the table. Overall a fantastic week and would happily return here again and a great value for money.

This is a large hotel in extensive grounds. There are lot of facilities although, since our visit was in low season, some were closed and the hotel was not busy. The food is excellent and our room is very comfortable. My only adverse comment would be that the bathroom was looking a bit tired.

Great trip with the hotel being quiet!! Pool area empty and food great!! Animation team around for some activities but being out of season and following a major storm it was great to see the hard work put in to get it back to normal.
