Sentido Phenicia

This is our third time coming. We love this hotel very much. Entertainment staff are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. The whole place runs very efficiently. Rooms are air conditioned so sleep at night is possible.

Our first time to Tunisia, great 3 hour flight and smooth transfer to the hotel. I was impressed with how organised the recption staff are. Very clean hotel and the staff are cleaning all the time. Brilliant bar staff & waiters. The entertainment team are excellent but very pushy with the bingo & tombola tickets. When you have your evening meal, I really think the entertainment team should leave you alone, they dont need to come round and ask you if you are going to the show. The shows at night are very good. Especially Skilla a brilliant dancer! There are plenty of sun beds, but like everywhere you need to get up at 7 or earlier if you want a certain spot! It really needs more/bigger shaded areas larger umbrellas. Excellent pool area & gardens. The food is fantastic with plenty of choice, brilliant chefs. Lots of wobbly tables around the hotel, entertainment room, breakfast area & bq dining area. We did the crazy train, very funny and a good laugh. The beach and sea are amazing, so blue we did a trip on the sea, but no dolphins. We saw the fire show, very good but I really think that the staff shouln't have to have a mouth full of fuel for them to blow the fire!!! There is a black party & a white party, so take your clothes for these. All in all an excellent holiday, with brilliant staff to make your holiday. If these small issues were looked into, it would be perfect. It really is Paradise

We arrived at the hotel on the 14th June, lovely welcome from reception, i can only give positive remarks about our stay. All the staff are so helpful and are a credit to the Phenicia, unfortunately our daughter had a fall two days into the holiday which resulted with a broken shoulder, the care she received from the hotel and local hospital clinic was exceptional, special big thankyou to Anna for all her assistance as for the hotel itself we cannot fault it, our room 2025 was clean and had everything we required, the food choice is good something for all tastes, entertainment varied and the animation team are very enthusiastic with loads of energy but always find time for a chat even if you dont want to join in . We have booked again for next year and so have our daughter and son in law hopefully without any drama next time. Give this hotel a try don't think you will be disappointed. Chris & Sandra Parkinson. 2nd year back to this hotel, overall had an enjoyable 10 day stay. Entertainment team - Mytti, Skilla, Chris all very very good at motivating us with the Aqua dance and Aqua Gym daily. Food good, room clean but needs updating, wifi wasnt as good as last year and removal of mini fridge in room a little disappointing. Thank you to Ali for the private boat trip - shame Tony was sea sick! Loved the fire show on the beach, not too keen on the bingo/tombola - slightly pushy to purchase tickets @ 20dina each. Weather was gorgeous, plenty of loungers.

An absolutely perfect holiday. Beautiful location, very clean, amazing food and the most attentive staff. Always very helpful and friendly, they made our holiday. Felt very safe here. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely love to come back! Hotel Phenicia thank you for a perfect holiday. See you soon !!
