Would just like to thank everyone of you at this beautiful hotel for all the help you gave my self and family we just got back we stayed what should of been a two week stay from 29th of June till the 13th July but due to Thomas my husband taken in to hospital end with us staying until the 26th July thank you for all the help and caring that we received from all staff ❤️ I would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone wanting to holiday in tunisia the people there are very friendly and very helpful everything about this hotel is perfect a big thank you to all from the cleaning staff to top management I am no good with names but love to you all

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our holiday. The entertainment team were fantastic, bringing so much energy and fun every day and evening. The hotel is set in a beautiful area with lovely surroundings, making it the perfect place to relax. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone that wants a week away from it all. The hotel complex including all the grass and the beach is very well maintained. The main pool and adults only pool aren’t the biggest but just enough for the number of guests. No issues getting a lounger at all although the mats to go on them are in shorter supply. If you are down by 8am you should have any issues, later than that and you might be hunting a bit. Rooms and corridors are a bit dated but absolutely fine for us, it’s not 5 star luxury but we didn’t need that. My advice would be pay extra for the sea view, it’s a stunning view on a decent sized balcony, im missing relaxing on it already. Food is fantastic on the whole, breakfast is pretty standard but you can certainly fill yourself up, get a freshly made omelette if you are a bit fussy and don’t like continental that much. The beach restaurant has some lovely food including the kebab wrap which I could have eaten every day to be honest. The most enjoyable meal we had was possibly the cheeseburger from the little outlet on the beach, finished on the grill infront of you and very tasty. The dinner hall has enough space for everyone and your reserved table for the week takes away a lot of stress, lots of variety and no complaints at all. The drinks aren’t the strongest to be honest, beers are ok but everything else seems to be a bit watered down, no hangovers at least on this holiday! Maybe grab a bottle of spirits in duty free on the way out if you want some stronger drinks in your room before you come down for the evening. In terms of activities I would definitely speak to the entertainment team and book the crazy train. Apart from that there’s not much to see or do so be prepared to just relax on the complex. The crowning jewel of this hotel is definitely the staff, I’ve been to a lot of countries and hotels over the years but the staff here are by far the most warm and accommodating, you truly don’t lift a finger while you are there. Waiters all remember your drinks and will bring them to the pool/dinner table/entertainment hall table. Just bring an extra 20 quid to change to dinar for tips across the week, they definitely deserve them. The entertainment itself is a bit hit and miss, 3-4 out of 7 nights seemed to be dance shows from the entertainment team, I would cut this down a bit and have a good live singer maybe one or two of the days. Overall I really can’t fault the hotel or the people and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a week of total relaxatio

Fabulous time, lovely surroundings and staff couldn't be nicer , room was comfortable but bathroom was dated and the climb into the bath for a shower could be difficult 😔, but was clean, Dinner time is ridiculous there is 2 setting and your giving 1 time slot and you must eat at that time every night, We had the late sitting which is 1hr they say , but the pack everything away after 45mins , I felt rushed in and out. Having to stuff my food into me like a pig, the food was ok not much of a choice, That's the only bad experience about this hotel ,

Its the 3rd been to this hotel. It's good hotel and the staff is brilliant. Very clean, very clean, friendly friendly. Everyone goes apart from beyond Entertainment team is fantastic and the food is really good I've booked the horse riding, and I'm excited.Previously done the catamaran twice, which was something that you really need to do.You need to do the crazy train won't tell you what that's about.Because that will spoil the fun! This is an overall fantastic hotel. Alina is great! Sasha is wonderful in the kids club, Anis is great at pulling the team together and hist8ng the nightly entertainment. Eya and tessa lovely girls and very nice
