We booked last minute and the hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough for you nothing was any trouble it’s a beautiful hotel and the entertainment team make sure there is entertainment for all ages.

So this is our honest opinion of the hotel. Overall, we had a fabulous time. The staff are, for the most part, absolutely brilliant. A huge shout out to Salah in the Blue bar, who kept us hydrated every night watching the football! He was truly brilliant, as we're the desk staff whenever we had a question. The actual food, whether at breakfast, lunch (in the grill restaurant or down at the beach) or dinner was lovely, great variety and cooked perfectly. The entertainment team do a great job during the day, always got Zumba, archery, football or something going on, so if you choose to, there's always stuff to do. However, there are lots of things that really weren't very good. There literally aren't enough blue mats for the loungers, so you end up lying on the plastic, which isn't tremendously comfortable, but this is a minor gripe. The biggest issue is dinner service. It's an absolute bunfight. You have a 1hr slot (either 6.30-7.30, or 8-9) and a set table and time for your entire stay. Unfortunately, you have about 500 people all trying to get served at once and the queues are ridiculous. Waited 20m one night to try and get some pizza, gave up. Same with the specialist cooking stations, you can be there forever waiting. It's honestly shambolic. We ended up not going some nights cos it was so bad. Then there's the evening entertainment. It's bad. Every night is some kind of dance from the team, and some of the team are better at this than others. They really need to mix it up a bit. There was a beach party, which was one woman singing in the grill restaurant. The best night was karaoke, which obviously was other guests doing the singing! The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was very very very tired, peeling paint and a really terrible shower. The room also had a really awful smell sometimes, like a sewer. Now, I absolutely think had we complained, the hotel would have moved us (if they were able), but we couldn't be bothered moving, so that's on us, but it's still not great. The drinks come in tiny little glasses, like 2 sips and it's gone. There is very little table service outside, and the bars on the beach and at the pool only do certain cocktails and beer. The a la carte restaurant is really really poor. We went on the night of our anniversary and we're pretty shocked at how poor the food was. There's also another restaurant, but it's at an extra cost and so is usually empty. As I said, we actually had a really good time, but I have no idea what we would have done if the football hadn't been on to entertain us at night. We did raise some of this with the TUI rep, who agreed that the hotel was more like a 3 star than the 4 it's rated as. We loved Tunisia, but certainly wouldn't return to this hotel.

It was a lovely hotel with overall good services, beach, staff and food. We did occasionally feel a bit uncomfortable around male staff as they repeatedly asked us for contact details and attempted to flirt with us. I realise this was an issue not many have but as three young women it was the most prominent issue. Additionally, more vegetarian options should have been available but overall the buffet was lovely. Le Panache on the other hand was so bad for being the “nice restaurant.” The food was honestly the worst we had the whole trip. The barbecue on the beach had amazing food and the crepe and ice cream station were so good. I also understand it is the entertainment teams job to get people involved but it often got a point of annoyance for us as we came to relax and spend time together just on the beach or in the water. Just kind of wish they had understood that we weren’t the target audience for a lot of the activities. The spa treatments were great and priced well, definitely recommend Overall, we had a lovely stay but some improvements could be made.

This is our third time coming. We love this hotel very much. Entertainment staff are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. The whole place runs very efficiently. Rooms are air conditioned so sleep at night is possible.

Our first time to Tunisia, great 3 hour flight and smooth transfer to the hotel. I was impressed with how organised the recption staff are. Very clean hotel and the staff are cleaning all the time. Brilliant bar staff & waiters. The entertainment team are excellent but very pushy with the bingo & tombola tickets. When you have your evening meal, I really think the entertainment team should leave you alone, they dont need to come round and ask you if you are going to the show. The shows at night are very good. Especially Skilla a brilliant dancer! There are plenty of sun beds, but like everywhere you need to get up at 7 or earlier if you want a certain spot! It really needs more/bigger shaded areas larger umbrellas. Excellent pool area & gardens. The food is fantastic with plenty of choice, brilliant chefs. Lots of wobbly tables around the hotel, entertainment room, breakfast area & bq dining area. We did the crazy train, very funny and a good laugh. The beach and sea are amazing, so blue we did a trip on the sea, but no dolphins. We saw the fire show, very good but I really think that the staff shouln't have to have a mouth full of fuel for them to blow the fire!!! There is a black party & a white party, so take your clothes for these. All in all an excellent holiday, with brilliant staff to make your holiday. If these small issues were looked into, it would be perfect. It really is Paradise
