Honest review !! Had a great week . Location - dont matter cause nothing to do outside the hotel grounds. Atmosphere- good.10/10. Rooms- clean and tidy and cleaned everyday !! Caution sea view rooms get very warm if you go before the aircon is switched on (1st june) .10/10 Value-fantastic value 10/10 👍. Noise level- 8/10 but would think it would be noisier when full. Service-10/10 cannot fault the service at all. Amenities- excellent 10/10. All inclusive- beer 4/10,wine 5/10,cocktails 2/10 very little alcohol in them, Food- was fantastic 10/10. Blue lagoon bar better for drinks but you pay roughly £2:50 a drink. Entertainment-3/10 except for bob marley(not the real one) once a week. Overall- will definately be going back 👍👍

I recently stayed at Phenicia Hotel with a group of friends, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was a real highlight of the trip—there was always something fresh and hot available, with plenty of variety to suit everyone. The chicken wraps were absolutely to die for and quickly became a favorite! The bar staff were brilliant—friendly, attentive, and always happy to recommend drinks. The cocktails were fantastic, with a wide selection to choose from, making it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome throughout our visit. The entertainment team was full of energy and constantly encouraged guests to join in activities. They even had time to chat to you about your day. The nightly shows were fantastic and clearly had a lot of effort put into them, which really added to the overall experience. I also treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was absolutely amazing and a perfect way to unwind. Overall, I would definitely visit again—perhaps at a different time of year for even better weather. Highly recommended!

The hotel is wonderful and clean, people are friendly and work hard to make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, with one exception — bartender Saif who works at the bar. His behavior often felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. He was flirting and continued conversations even after I showed I was not interested. This made me feel pressured. I also noticed that he favored certain guests while ignoring others. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere at the bar. Sometimes he mixed up orders and seemed distracted, as if he was not fully focused on his work. This happened more than once and affected the quality of service. I was also very concerned about his attitude toward other staff members. There seemed to be tension, and at times he appeared impatient or disrespectful towards his colleagues. The rest of the team worked hard and stayed professional. In my opinion, someone in a responsible position should be professional and make guests feel comfortable.

I'm Tunisian but I live in uk it's my first time book in phenicia Hotel , it's lovely Hotel Nice and clean All the bar men staff they are friendly and kind they care about the customer always ask if you need anything even the Restaurant staff waiters the same they are Nice and friendly specially Hattem he care about all the customer he is professional manager 😉 The food tasty and very good I like it and I enjoyed Animation team Zero contact they pass next to you without smile and without giving you any information about all the day activities and the night show only zeggy his friendly ... Thank you for all the staff work hard

Me and my mum have been here 5 times and we love it! Animation are amazing, so friendly and hard working. Food is the best food I have had in a hotel, lots of flavours and always fresh and hot with lots of options. Big up to billy who looks after us in the restaurant. Beach bar is also fabulous, Mohammed and team are so attentive and a great vibe. The reason for my 4 star is the bar by reception seem to have a problem when asking for coffee. Me and mum dont really drink alcohol and like a coffee after dinner. They are blatantly talking about us and you can tell by their faces that we have annoyed them by asking for a coffee. I will not tip any of them as their attitude stinks. Maybe set up a coffee machine that guests can do theirself. It became very uncomfortable towards the end of the holiday. Raised it to reception who said we can use the kettle in the room? Lol Anyway didn't go back this year due to this but will hopefully be back next year after the refurb
