Very welcoming staff not only at reception, but also the breakfast and dinner staff who were always there to help and assist you, especially Hafedh who was there for us from the first day we arrived. The food is definitely a 10/10. Also, the lovely beach where you can feel safe despite being a bit packed from lunchtime. The wi-fi connection is something that should be improved as we couldn’t always get full coverage.

We spent a week at the Sindbad Hotel for a relaxing vacation filled with sunshine, sea, swimming and plenty of time on the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. The food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Our room was clean and bright, with pleasantly quiet air conditioning. Although the hotel accommodates many guests, we could always find a calm and pleasant spot—either on the beach or just above the waterfront, with a beautiful sea view—to enjoy a drink while looking out over the water. The staff were exceptionally friendly. We felt very welcome, well looked after and completely at ease throughout our stay. Simply wonderful! A very special thank-you goes to “our” plagiste, Lotfi. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and caring, and made us feel safe and relaxed on the beach. His warm and helpful nature made our holiday even more enjoyable. Simply superb! We will definitely come back!

Fantastic hotel, not overly busy in the pools and the staff are helpful and accommodating.

Sami was incredible. His customer service was excellent nothing was too much! His knowledge of wine, cocktails and how they paired with foods, meats, etc, is the best I have experienced. If I could give 10 out of 5, I would. His attention to detail, and his command of both English, French & Arabic is superb. This hotel was our first time in North Africa, and because of this experience, we will return.
