Second time staying, great facilities and food. Perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation. Amazing service by Sassi and Khalid and all the staff at the pool each day. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great hotel, great staff, great atmosphere. Although on a busy road the whole area is very peaceful with no traffic noise. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are very spacious with a private patio area. Ours was kept immaculately clean by Ahlem who was very friendly and accommodating. There is no kettle/cups in the room but you can ask for one. We also were given milk from room service. The food in the buffet restaurant is tasty and very well presented and we were looked after by Hafedh and Aziz at our table who were pleasant and jovial at all times. They made a huge fuss for a birthday celebration which made it very special. There appears to be an issue purchasing bottled water . We were fortunate enough to be at the Monoprix supermarket (800m down the road) when a delivery came in so purchased 24 large bottles for the week .Be prepared for over zealous locals and a tussle in the queue. The beach area is very narrow and can get quite crowded at times, however preference for sunbeds and parasols is given to hotel guests. The beach attendants will also reserve a spot for you . Both pools are kept immaculately clean and are well attended. Overall good value and we look forward to returning.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are attractive, well-proportioned and clean. The views of the Gulf of Hammamet are uplifting. We enjoyed the stunning infinity pool and time on the beach where the sea was clean and warm. All the staff were polite and attentive. Hafedh was our impeccable waiter in the evening and he always served us with a smile. Special mention also goes to Haykal (the crepe and omelette chef) who brightened up every morning and was a whizz with the eggs. Our only reservation with this hotel is that the food in the mornings and in the evenings ( we were on half board) was very repetitive. The buffet evening meal offered a wide choice but the choice was almost the same every evening. Many of the dishes were bland (perhaps to cater to an international clientele). We were craving a wider variety of flavours. Also beware that after breakfast time, you will pay for every single drink including water. We would have expected free water at the table in the evening at the very least. Also, there was no complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms or after the evening meal. Despite these points, we enjoyed our time in this hotel and would recommend it.

We stayed for 11 nights in this hotel, checking out on 6 September 2026. The experience was made for us during this stay by the lovely service staff in the restaurant. Hafedh, Aziz & the Chef (apologies I didn't get his name) were so fantastic. They made our whole experience so very special. My husband eats all food and said that the food was excellent at the buffet dinner. There is a grill/ bbq with freshly cooked fish and meats every night. He really enjoyed the breakfast as well, there is a great omelette station and so much food for anyone to eat. I had dietary requirements (vegan) and I told this to the chef on the first night and every night after this he had made me a special starter and main course meal. Nothing was too much trouble. We had such a lovely time chatting to the serving staff. They were all such lovely people. On the final night they made a fuss of us and Hafedh decorated our table. He is very passionate about his floral artistry and it really shows. The majority of the staff have been there for decades. These individuals in particular extremely special and without them I really don't think we would have had the same experience. Exceptional service. The beach was clean and there was a lot of options for everyone. The staff in the pub/ thai restaurant on side were also so fantastic. They looked after us so much. It was amazing talking to the guys and finding out about their lives. They were very kind to us as we had been going through a difficult time personally. We hugely appreciated their kindness. Thank you Ahmed, Jihed and Moud (sorry if I spelled this last name incorrectly!!!). We will definitely returning at the earliest opportunity. We would like to also mention Momo (our quad bike friend) and the gentleman who runs the spa. Thank you so much for your hospitality. For the hotel - to make this a truly five star experience I would suggest that drinking water is supplied for free to all guests all day. This was the one downside of our trip as we had to pay 13 TND per bottle of water which was a significant amount of our spending for our 11 night stay. Final shout out to Kemal Dean (our easyjet representative) who gave us phenomenal tips on the first day and who went out of his way half way through our stay to source us 6 bottles of water and would not let us pay him. The kindness of the Tunisian people is astounding and we have not experienced anything like this. Thank you Kemal!

One of the best family experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is so friendly especially at the pool and in the restaurant. Mr Wael, one of the waiters, was very professional and polite. He made you feel at home. Special thanks the cleaning ladies that are available twice a day to clean. To return for sure
