Picasso, Luffy , Alex & Hannabal and the rest of the team ( sorry forgot the last 2 names) absolutely made our holiday . Best animation team. So energetic and fun. They made us feel like part of the team and our kids absolutely loved them. We have just arrived home and already missing the atmosphere they give. We loved the games throughout the day and the night time shows. Can't wait to get back soon. Well done guys ♥️

Just back from a recent stay at this hotel with my two young kids. First I’ll start with the good points. The hotel itself was nice, the food was good, the rooms were comfortable and the majority of the staff were great. The entertainment team were amazing, they were friendly, always helpful and kept both adults and kids entertained from the morning right through until night time. Now for the downside side to this hotel, the DJ Momo. Right from the start he was overly friendly, I didn’t think anything of it at first as that is just what some people are like but it soon became clear that he wasn’t what he seemed at all. It began by him adding me on social media which at first was fine, he said he was from the area and if I needed help with anything then to go to him, for example he would tell me the best places to visit and the best places to eat etc. He then began asking if we could meet after he had finished work or if he could come to my room. I explained I had the kids and this wasn’t possible even if I had wanted to, which I didn’t. The conversation then turned sexual, he would tell me how pretty I looked and that he wished we could be boyfriend and girlfriend and that he wanted to sleep with me. I mentioned this to one of the other guests who I had got talking to during my stay and she said that he had done the exact same thing to her and at least one other guest that she knew of. Apparently this had been reported to the management but they didn’t take her seriously as she had deleted the messages. I would have reported him but I had also deleted the messages as it isn’t something I’d want my kids to see if they had been using my phone, which they sometimes do. I was also told by another guest that he had offered their teenage daughter cocaine! Again this had been reported to management but yet he is still working here, unsure of any action has or will be taken against him. If you’re female or have kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

Had a great holiday here, the Anime team were brilliant and kept us entertained and actives running. Picasso was extremely helpful and good at his job and made sure we were having a good time.

Dali, walid,sofian, raouf and hanin were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I recommend completely. We were made to feel so welcome the staff were fabulous they took care of us and attended to our every need. We will miss you all dearly and we will return soon thankyou so much!! ❤️
