e came here for 10 days and I will not he coming back. After the first few days me, my husband and our 4 kids all got sickness and diarrhoea. The service here is rubbish. The food is not great either. The entertainment is the same every week so if you stay here for longer than a week you will see the same entertainment a couple times. Staff can be rude. And if you buy the cups from the onsite show keep them with you otherwise the bar staff take them and try to reuse them. A good note was the white party on Thursday, foam pool party on saturday and the fire show on sunday. The actual hotel animation team (alex, hannibal, isa, luffy) were brilliant and funny. The rooms are bad. The beds are really uncomfortable, the balcony on one of our room doors did not lock. There was black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom that they had tried to cover up with white paint. The air con is non existent and at one point it made both our rooms smell like gas so we had to leave the room while it was looked at. The switch on one of the bathroom light switches broke and would not turn on. The ants are ridiculous in the rooms too that they crawn on you when you sleep. The pillows are really uncomfortable and the plug sockets are scarce so unless you have an extension lead then you cant charge everything or use everything you need to. The shower heads are located in a random spot on the wall so the bathroom gets soaked when you shower. Food is not good at all. Its the same sort of stuff every day with not much variation. The drinks are out of little cups unless you buy cups from the onsite shop which we ended up doing and their fizzy is from bottles so they end up running out often too. Also be very careful when you walk around the building because the floors get wet from people coming out the pool and the floors get very slippery and staff arent very quick at drying them off. I walked down the stairs at the bar from the main building and slipped on a wet step. Smacked my elbow, pinky finger and palm as well as my right leg and foot. Staff were good at trying to help me up but didnt make a move to dry the step and I could have possibly broken the tip of my finger its really swelling.

Fantastic atmosphere at this hotel. This is my second visit with the family, my 4 kids have the best time round the pool and at the water park. All the staff work so hard to keep everyone happy and they do a great job in the heat! A big shout out to Issa and Alex and the rest of the animation team who have made our holiday one of the best we have had and we will definitely return next year.

I'm going to start with the positives which won't take long.... The wifi is good throughout, the pool area is ok, which the kids loved and most of the staff are friendly and work hard especially at the pool bar. The customer relations girl is also very good, but she has to be! That's it for the good! Rooms, we moved 3 times. The 1st was a hovel, no patio doors or balcony, the dirty curtains fell off when touched, plug missing from basin and bathroom door caught on floor so stopped quickly causing my boy to stub his toe. Complained and promised room change next day so my boy coughed all night because was also damp. Moved next day to room slightly better but balcony opened onto a scruffy alley with no view and the tiny shower caused the floor to get soaked every time was used. We stuck it here for another 3 days then got moved to a far better room with a view. These 1st 2 rooms should never have been given to guests of whats meant to be 4 star hotel. Were more like prison cells with dirty curtains. The TV in the 3rd room however did not work and the bath had a split in it which I notified reception about but no one came. Also had lots of ants. Corridors at night also plunge you into complete darkness at times which made the walk back a bit scary for the wife and kids trying to find the key in pitch black. The restaurant area was woefully air conditioned like the rest of the place and everyone was sweating, including the serving staff ( dripping off their faces). I realised it was a heatwave but these conditions should be expected in north Africa. Food was ok (even though 3 of us got diarrhea) but big queues and when you eventually got it you then had to hunt cutlery and queue for a drink.... in the heat! There are 3 speciality eateries to book. Italian was fine but we walked out of the other 2 as food abismal. The bars serve only local drinks on all inclusive. They regularly run out of draught and serve from bottles which are warm because staff who try very hard, just can't cool them fast enough. The spirits are also very weak and not what they claim to be... probably flavoured moonshine? Evening entertainment was held in a concrete amphitheatre, which is uncomfortable and a walk from the bar. My wife got lots of bites here. There's a lot more I could mention but I think you probably get the point by now... its not good!

Entertainment has been great from start to finish. The team are fun to be with and very kind young men. Food could be better and lack of cup but I er all great 10 day holiday x
