What can I say, its a shame because the staff, lifeguards cleaners work like he'll and are very nice but I would never go there ever again and thats not just me or our family saying this but every British person there said exactly the same, the food was absolutely disgusting the alcohol is watered down and everything is on a time, you can't get a snack when ever you like, no ice creams o whenever, it was just really bad, Tunisia is a lovely place but this hotel does not do it justice, if you really want to go to Tunisia go to one aqua resort or the Sahara beach hotel, DEFINITELY DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

We had a fantastic Family holiday 14 of us went for 1 week all inclusive. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Picasso, Johnny boy, Mido and all the team were very good, funny and kept us all very entertained. They went above and beyond to make sure the holiday was special. The team was always willing to go the extra mile for us and they were very energetic and engaging. Bar staff were also very lovely and helpful.

Terrible hotel Some staff are rude, especially when they see kids on their own. Rooms need to be cleaned properly and bathrooms need refurbishment, tiles are broken and paint is peeling. Food is terrible and repetitive every day. Only decent at breakfast time. No saftey on the slides even though a lifeguard sits up the top. Drinks are terrible, and as they dont have enough glasses start giving you drinks in small disposable cups, queue for drinks is always long as only one bartender in lobby and by poolside. Poolside bar closes when pool shuts!! There a man standing over workers and doesn't let them put to much chocolate on pancakes/donuts, so only will put a little drizzle.
