Skanes Serail

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Skanes Serail Hotel in Monastir. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, happy, and relaxed. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is full of positivity, and you can tell the team truly care about making guests have the best holiday possible. The animation team were honestly brilliant and one of the highlights of the whole experience. They worked so hard every day to keep everyone entertained with fun activities, music, dancing, games, and evening shows. Their energy, friendliness, and humour created such a fantastic vibe around the hotel, and they always made sure everyone felt included. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely pools, great food, and a perfect beachfront location. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was always something to do during the day and night. What really makes this hotel special though is the people — every member of staff was smiling, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Skanes Serail to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable holiday in Tunisia. Thank you to the amazing animation team and all the staff for making our stay so special — we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely hotel friendly staff especially Hanibal kind and friendly

We stayed at this hotel in May from May 18th to May 25th. The hotel service was excellent. Animators like Alex and Isa, along with the rest of the team, entertained the guests. The restaurant and service were top-notch, and the food was excellent, with something for everyone. We recommend the ala-carte, Lebanese, Tunisian, and Italian restaurants. The hotel beach and water attractions are available daily. MARZENA, AREK.

Came with my partner, 2 sons and my friends and their children too! Party of 10 in total & wanted to give a shout out to all the animation team & staff. Brilliant with the kids & adults alike.

Had a very good stay was 1 of the best holiday we have been on and will definitely be back for shure all staff was very kind and helpful the hotel was very clean and the hotel rooms was immaculate and yes will definitely be bk Pov thnk u Alex 💓
