⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Holiday We've Ever Had! I've been lucky enough to travel to many places over the years, but I can honestly say this was the best holiday I've ever been on. Hotel Skanes Serail exceeded every expectation, and together with the beautiful town of Monastir, it made me completely fall in love with Tunisia. We booked a 7-night stay, but by the end of the week we wished we'd booked two! Leaving was genuinely emotional because it felt like we'd found somewhere really special. I honestly feel like I've left a piece of my heart in Tunisia. Every single member of staff deserves recognition. They work tirelessly from morning until night, yet they never stop smiling or making guests feel welcome. Their kindness and dedication are what make this hotel so special. The animation team deserve so much credit too. They were full of energy, constantly getting everyone involved without ever being pushy, and the evening entertainment was incredible. Every night there was something different, but the White Party was on another level and definitely my favourite! The atmosphere, music and effort that went into it were unforgettable. A special thank you has to go to WiWi from the kids' club. You made the holiday extra special. My daughter Lilya, absolutely adored you, and seeing how excited she was to go to kids' club was priceless. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for her. The aquapark was fantastic and kept both adults and children entertained for hours, while the younger children's splash area was perfect for little ones. The private beach is absolutely beautiful. Soft white sand, crystal-clear sea and kept so clean every day. It felt like something you'd see in a brochure. I'd also say to anyone reading negative reviews—don't let them put you off because they are FAR from the truth and couldnt be further away from our experience. We genuinely had an amazing holiday. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would simply be a bit more variety in the food but even then, we never went hungry, and the desserts were some of the best we've ever had! I have to say thank you to everyone at Hotel Skanes Serail for giving my family memories that will last a lifetime. We miss you all so much already, and we're already looking at dates to return. See you very soon!

Our two-weeks stay at Skanes Serail was a truly wonderful experience, and a big part of it was thanks to the incredible Animation Team. A heartfelt thank You to all the Animators for Your: professionalism, hard work, kindness, positive energy, smiles, sense of humor, and genuine care for every guest. What impressed us most was that You treated everyone equally - children, adults and seniors. It was at the same fun and safe. Very special thanks to ALEX and MIDO- You are simply- The Best! - thank You again. Hotel is very good, clean, people very nice, we felt secure. We stayed at this hotel for almost 3 weeks,2 adults,2 kids, one baby and i will write an honest review after our experience: Before booking it i was reading reviews, some good some bad.. and i was a bit worried, but it was within our budget and had everything what we were looking for(slides,playground and close to the beach) so we said to give it a go. The day when we arrived, we been given the internet s password ( by the way was free ), and asked to go for food while our room in ready and someone will take us to the room. From the first day, reception gave us a first great impression! The room was clean and spacious ( obviously not perfect but it was worth way more than we paid - don t expect a luxury- have real expectation for the prices!!) . Food: i m not a big fan of spicy food( tunisian food did seem a bit like this),but it was good, plenty of choices, nice salads 🥗 and i loveeed the cakes! 🍰 By the way everyone in there always smiles, very polite, always careful and making sure the plates are up right when you finished and the tables clean straight after ! One of the girls at the entrance of the restaurant was always so lovely with my little one! I won t remember names but i don t need they were all great !!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life guards were doind their job! The one from the beach was soo nice with older two kids (got my son some crabs and he was not bothered at all of the fact that they were just disturbing him, they loved him !) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Entertainment team such a big well done ,my 1 year old loved the clap clap dance ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Some of the days when we returned from the pool we had things made out of towels in the room ! Was great!👍 Everything is close ,accessible ,( inside the resort), big pools , clean, nice slides ,park as well , staff members do speak English ( majority of them ) and are ready anytime to help ! Not very far there are things to visit : el jem , the blue and white town, museums etc ( i would not recommend the zoo, that was upsetting), but we were also lucky to have a great driver(Abdullah) for the trips which did spoke a lot about their history and i found out that i knew nothing about that country( so pay attention as their history is very interesting ) I hope i did not forget anything but overall we had a great stay, it was wonderful, everyone was so nice , i had tears when we left as the entertainment team came out to say goodbye, and i will miss all those people! Maybe the place is not perfect but the staff members make it perfect ! We will definitely return ( in fact we were looking at changing the flights so we can stay longer, unfortunately it was not possible). Very good hotel with amazing services, food, entertainment and staff. The entertainment team were amazing specifically Issa, Hannibal, Alex and DJ Joe, made the holiday even better 👍👍

Brilliant experience. Incredible animation team especially Hannibal and Alex they improved the experience massively
