Ebty and Wiwi were fantastic at the kids club, my daughter had so much fun and they were both very lovely and caring. Hotel is great for families.

Hotel is very family friendly and I can easily recommend this hotel to others. Hotel has very nice front lounge/ reception area. Outside pool area with red parasols looks cool and relaxing. They also have slides for kids. Bar is cute and has contemporary design. There is very short walk to the beach with chairs, parasols and water sports station - highly recommend as this is such a good fun. Staff including entertainment team is always available and do good job. I find this hotel as a very clean and tidy place. There was no problem when I asked to change my room to more chilled , bigger and more quiet. Food - mostly healthy, lean quite often salt free dishes. Food is repetitive - personally I couldn’t eat much because was too hot for me so normally I had big plate with salads, some cakes and fruits. They offered outside grill station, pizza and snacks station. Bar and drinks - some of bartenders made horrible drinks there. Quite often there was no glasses available for guests especially in a canteen during meal times. Bartenders at the outside bar were much more organised and more nicer. Generally hotel is very pleasant and I enjoyed my stay. I had nice holidays there. Thank You Skanes Serail.

Really enjoyable place loads of entertainment and really nice people would really recommend to families and everyone around!!
