i had a wonderful time, the hotel is very good . the animation team was great , especially Picasso and hanin. they were very lively and interactive, always bringing fun, games and atmosphere. having both of them was a blessing. will definitely come back

Hanin is an excellent animator, who sets the mood for both adults and children!! Very welcoming, we love it!! She's one of the best on the team.

I am currently at the hotel and after reading alot of reviews before arriving making me question my decision of coming here I thought I would write my own. There are a lot of negative reviews and I don't think I've had any bad experiences since I've been here. Rooms - the rooms are good. The beds are comfy . There is plenty of space and is clean. The shower is a little squint and will leak a little bit but is manageable to make sure this doesn't happen if you have common sense. Air con is good but needs to be on all the time as we are on the top floor and gets really warm. We had a couple of ants due to my daughter spilling juice but was cleaned up very quickly by staff. Pools - pools are great and clean. The sunbeds could be cleaned a little but once towels are down it's fine. Restaurant - most of the people I'm with including myself are quite fussy but there is always something to eat one way or another and the puddings are amazing!! The waiters in the restaurant are absolutely fantastic! So friendly, never pass without a conversation, quick service and cleaning very regularly. Entertainment team - absolutely fantastic. We don't even have a favourite as they are all so good with everyone and so friendly. Gets everyone up dancing , playing games and just having fun. Makes your holiday so much better having that great atmosphere. The bar - my only issue is the bar . They could have more staff to make it quicker but they are doing their very best and are friendly . They have run out of some alcohol and juice one night but was topped up next morning no problem. Could maybe add some more cocktails but they still have tasty ones. Location - you do need to check this before going as everything is a distance but taxis are no issues. I would advice use the taxis outside the hotel as they are much much cheaper! The taxi drivers also advise where to go too and will give you a little tour which is good to see all the Tunisian culture. The beach - the beach isn't like you see on the photos but it is good. The sea is warm too. There are people selling souvenirs etc and they can be pushy but it's no different to anywhere else. They have a great variety of water sports too. Hotel photographer - this guy is comedy gold. He is so funny and friendly. He gets everyone involved and the pictures are great. Over all we have enjoyed our stay and looking forward to the last couple days we have left.

I was moved away from the rooms over the nightclub where the music so loud it vibrated my room walls went on until 3am and stopped me sleeping. After this all was fine. The animation team were young and enthusiastic, and really helped feeling welcome. A fantastic 5 stars for Luffy, Hanin and Hannibal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for so much fun ! The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was reasonable. They explained what I could eat with my allergies and from there on I was safe with the food. An enjoyable stay after I was moved to a calm room !
