Sousse Palace

Amazing lovely service and very friendly staff and smiley always. Resort very nice and relaxed. Well looked after. Beautiful sea view.

This is a lovely hotel with a modern feel. The staff are all very attentive and friendly. Our room was very spacious and overlooked the beach. It was clean and had lots of wardrobe space. Days around the pool and on the beach are equally relaxing, but there are opportunities to join in with activities if you wish, and excursions are available. We opted for a pony ride on the beach. The food (particularly the traditional Tunisian options, anything made with pastry and the desserts) is great, with lots of choice, there is something for everyone. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Medina and historical sites, and a shopping centre. A really good location if you would like to explore a bit of Sousse. Me and my daughter (25y) have already decided to return to the hotel, next time for longer. A very good value break in a lovely place!

Amazing hotel to stay at! All staff members are really welcoming, the rooms were nice, clean and spacious. It was a beautiful location right next to the beach which was sectioned off for hotel members and there was a lovely atmosphere throughout my stay. I would recommend!

The staff here are the backbone of the hotel they are so pleasant and helpful a special mention to Tariq who looked after us in the restaurant he was so attentive, helpful and polite a really lovely man. The food was a bit repetitive but we always managed to find something. We were all inclusive had could book the rooftop restaurant once per stay don’t bother service was awful and so was the food would definitely not recommend. All in all a lovely hotel right next to the Médina

We had an amazing stay at Sousse Palace Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The entertainment team was fantastic, especially the daily aqua gym sessions—they were fun, energetic, and a great way to start the day. The hotel was clean, the food offered plenty of choice, and the location is perfect with beautiful sea views. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and we would definitely recommend Sousse Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Tunisia. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you majdi
