I think 4 stars is more than enough, I asked for a room with a shower not a bath because my wife is disabled and can’t go into a bath and not ground floor because we’ve had bad experience in other hotels people were drunk and trying to get in to our room, I had a reply back from the hotel and said that was not a problem. When we arrived at the hotel 10pm they gave us the room key and the porter took as to the room and it was ground floor and for a person with a wheelchair, the shower floor and the bathroom were the same level and when my wife had a shower the water went all over the floor and into the bedroom and I had to hold and help her get out of the bathroom and put towels on the floor and asked for more towels to use. She sat at the balcony and it was public pavement in front of the room and she had kids shouting and screaming at her. I had enough of that and went to the reception and I asked for another room with a shower and they said we only have one room with a shower so I have to take a room with a bath and help my wife when she uses it and guess what, they it’s a room above the one they give us before the only one available. The room is facing the sea and it’s fine from 10pm till 5.30 am then the locals come to the beach and make plenty noise and the have dogs with them. They have two bars the one they called for the all inclusive doesn’t look like a bar and the other bar has two televisions, bigger and nicer, has 3 staff and only 4 customers so I went there and ask for a drink, he said I need to pay or I can go to the other bar and bring a drink to this bar I said I’m all inclusive client he said not in this bar you guessed right I went to the other bar. They have a kettle in the room that doesn’t stop when the water boils and they do not give you more coffee and sugar the next day and when we asked for more from the cleaner she said we have to phone the receptionist. The television in the room is a joke a small tv with wires hanging down the back and when I switch it off it will not start and I have to get some one from the reception to get it fixed and he said I will bring you another one to switch it off and on I’m still waiting. Food is good but cold, staff in the bar, restaurant, porters, reception, house made, no animation or entertainment at night only loud music. If you are at the beach you need to go to the hotel to get a drink because the pool bar does not open till the end of May.
Great friendly staff, made my birthday very special. Stayed with my partner both age 24/25. Rooms were very clean, Food was delicious and had a good variety each night. Lots of seats by the pool and the sea is a great snorkelling spot!!! Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.
Went for my girlfriend’s birthday and got upgraded to a sea view room. Room was fantastic, food was really good, animation team was great (shout out mejde). Would highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing getaway
Just arrived and not happy Room allocated was dim and dingy on a main road with pools of water on the floor from a faulty refrigerator Return to reception to be told that was a city room and what I should expect Paid in cash euros to upgrade (bit of a misnomer). Sea view but still a 3 star room Went to dinner and wished I’d just gone to a pizza joint Don’t book AI the largest beer is a third of a pint and spirits have no strength and even tonic water is very sweet All in all book somewhere else if you like clean airy rooms and good food
Stayed for 10 days end of April. Hotel was fine ,had a couple of issues but once reported quickly solved. Food was good enough but a bit repetable but you could always get something to eat. The upstairs Resaurant overlooking the sea was very good makes a change to be served rather than get your own Would go back
