it was an amazing holiday in this hotel it’s actually the best hotel I’ve ever been to everything was so good the room the restaurant the food and the animation team they are all friendly, kind, and helpful i loved the decoration the staff all of them and i hope i come back the next year🥰🥰

Good location. Walking distance to most places if you like walking. Beach is just a tunnel away. Service is good. Rooms aren’t to Marriott 5* but still decent and modern. Animation team with Emma, Hasan, Maria, Rio, Luna

This was not a great place to stay the rooms are not clean and very dirty My bedsheets where dirty the bathroom was unclean and the air con would make noise To much cross contamination in the dinner room was horrible They didn’t have vegetarian food when we told them they told me I should have told them I was a vegetarian They also said I could just eat salad or buy food even though I paid for all inclusive Was glad to go home after 5 days

Thanks! • Friendly staff: Smiles all round, even when explaining why you can’t charge a drink to your room! • Spa area: Genuinely pleasant. Cons • Check‑in marathon: Bring snacks. You’ll need them. • No room charging: One of the few Marriotts worldwide where your room key is basically ornamental. • All‑inclusive confusion: The Bonvoy app says “all‑inclusive.” Translation: three meals. Drinks? That’s on you. Just say ‘full board’ on the Bonvoy app to avoid confusion. • Wifi: slow and unreliable. • Bath water: Like swimming in a fetid swamp (see picture). Fancy a shower instead? The best temperature you’ll get is tepid..

My experience was very wonderful, entertainment, staff is amazing & help-full and caring. The restaurant on the other half could be abit better with choice of food but other than that there options of some food are good. Its got a really nice quiet pool which good for relaxing. Its very easy and quick to get to the beach by walking through a tunnel. Want to say a big thank you to lunna and emma for keeping my holiday entertained and showing me around.
