Tropicana Club & SPA

My stay was a disappointment. I wasn't expecting luxury, just basic standards. Unfortunately, the food was monotonous, often cold and undercooked. The lines were long, plates and cutlery were missing, and tables weren't cleared. Drinks had to be served separately, which made the experience significantly more difficult. Service was inconsistent at times – some were friendly and helpful, but I felt some guests were treated better solely because of tips. This wasn't the case for all staff, but the difference was noticeable. The most bothersome, however, was the faulty air conditioning, which wasn't fixed despite numerous complaints. This was a real challenge in the heat. The hotel itself wasn't dirty, but the facility is worn and in need of renovation. Once, a heavy lamp fell over my bed onto my nightstand. Fortunately, I didn't have any belongings there, but this situation is unacceptable. The beach was close by, but the water was full of algae, trash, and jellyfish most of the time, spoiling the bathing experience. I was also surprised that the beach mattresses were paid for, and some sunbeds were damaged. What concerned me most was the atmosphere within the entertainment team. My observations showed that one individual's behavior had a very negative impact on the entire team. I felt she often caused conflict, gossiped about her colleagues, and relayed information to the manager that seemed exaggerated or inconsistent with what I had witnessed. This gave the impression that she was trying to build her own position at the expense of others. The result was an unhealthy, tense atmosphere, which I clearly felt as a guest. I believe the entertainment manager didn't respond appropriately to these situations, which, in my opinion, exacerbated the problem. At the same time, I want to emphasize that this doesn't apply to all the entertainers – some were very polite, committed, and performed their work with great professionalism.

This is the most worst hotel you can be guys really this is a nightmare not a hotel nothing is correct here rooms food beach and staffs are really so so impolite imagine cups of drinks are smaller than your fingers and please in bar one person work to serve more than 100 people so for cola you will wait more than 20 min without even talking about dirty places inside everywhere no clima nothing nothing biggest scam you will ever face if you work hard for your holidays bieleve staying at home is more better because here they’re good in turning your holidays into hell 5 nights 1400 euro by the way so this hotel have to be ashamed of the service they give animation is not existing at all they are busy with flirting with girls and they don’t respect even couples none of the things they write is existing in hotel pool is so hot imagine they can’t even afford an cooling machine inside rooms catastrophe .

Animators very good and kind people, friendly working every day very hard. Lots of activities though the day they are the highlight of this hotel without them it would be boring. Lots of love from Serbia for animators.
