Tropicana Club & SPA

At first it looks like a good place but during those 8 days there were so many thing that have to be improved... Not satisfied with hygiene and staff at reception...bar...and kitchen

We stayed at this hotel as a family and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The positives are the clean swimming pool, the great entertainment team for children, friendly staff, a good beach with easy access, and a spa that was enjoyable (for an extra charge). The air conditioning and the safe in the room worked well. However, the hotel has serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. Our room was dusty and was rarely cleaned properly. Towels were changed only every two days despite the high humidity. We even found a cockroach in the bathroom, which is simply unacceptable, regardless of the hotel's category. The hotel also appears to be understaffed. At the bars and restaurant, there was always a long wait for service, especially when it was crowded. The snack bar served almost the same food every day (mainly pizza and fries), with no fresh fruit available. Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms, only in public areas. Another downside was that local beach vendors constantly approached guests, making it difficult to relax. This hotel has potential because of its location, beach, and animation team, but it urgently needs better housekeeping, improved pest control, more staff, and a wider variety of food. Until these issues are addressed, I would not choose to stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The animation team was absolutely fantastic – they were energetic, funny, and made every day full of fun activities and great evening shows. They created a wonderful atmosphere and made our holiday unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back❤️❤️🇹🇳

Our stay at the Hotel Tropicana Club & Spa was a great success. We had a fantastic time from start to finish! My fondest memories are of the evening entertainment. The atmosphere was lively and engaging. The hotel really excelled with its animation program and evening shows. It was always original, cheerful, and full of great vibes. The animation team ensured everyone had fun, day and night—including the daily mini-disco. The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the local cuisine; it was a great way to experience Tunisian flavors. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have very fond memories of the entire stay and would gladly return. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday in Tunisia.
