What can you say about a hotel that is beautiful, outstanding in all areas and that all staff are so caring and friendly that they become like family. The rooms are wonderful and the room staff look after you so well. Our lady was Sonia who was like a Mama and our room was always meticulous. I'm sure she will be missed when she retires in a couple of months. Thank you for your service Sonia ❤️ A massive thank you to the restaurant staff, all of which offer outstanding service. And a lot of giggles. We miss you all. Food is amazing, a big well done to the chefs and all catering staff. Also thanks to the coffee lounge staff a big thank you to the lovely man that is there most days and is so happy to see you. The same with the fantastic pool waiter that is so friendly and always says 'Vodka Fanta' as a joke as he knows we always Fanta only. Also the lovely life guard that is so friendly. The entertainment team are fabulous and such nice young people. This makes for a very happy environment and all guests are so happy and friendly. And a thank you to the hotel manager Sonia, who is always happy to greet you and is respected by her staff and does a great job. Our second time at Palm Beach and a third one already booked. Just love this hotel so much ❤️

I thought this hotel was very average and not sure I'd agree with its 4* rating. Generally a well maintained property. Good choice of pools (indoor and outdoor) and a beach. Always seemed able to get a sun lounger. A little bit away from Fort Hammamet/Old Hammamet and not a lot else around the hotel, but had a lovely vantage point on the coast. Airconditioning in rooms was good, rooms well appointed in sense of balcony and sofa area (however bed was incredibly uncomfortable/lumpy as was the pillow) and unfortunately our request for a quiet room (requested over 5 months before travelling) saw us located right about the main entertainment stage! Some staff were great making an effort to remember you, others more hit and miss, and certainly in the restaurant they seemed stretched/busy. The wait staff themselves tried really hard but quite often (one in particular) I found some of the supervisors seemed oblivious and would walk right in front of you and not even acknowledge or apologise for almost slamming into you. Main concern was the food..very poor labelling of dishes (including allergens) with labels either missing or inaccurate. The manager did speak to me about it after I raised it on first day and assured me everything was now labelled (unfortunately it wasn't). Cross contamination of allergens was also concerning. Omelette station for example in the morning, said couldn't have dairy (cheese)..went to mix other ingredients in bowl with lumps of cheese still left, would have used same fork to mix it and used one utensil to pick every item up.... Lots of things in hotel not open and don't recall seeing this listed anywhere...the sea breeze restaurant wasn't open during our stay. I had booked one or two of the classes first day or two and these mysteriously disappeared/were cancelled when I went to check times so gave up on these. Amenities in the rooms was fairly poor. Only one thing of shower gel in bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner which for a 4* hotel found unusual. There was also a distinct lack of anywhere to hang a towel (and did notice a lot of the towels we got were threading and fraying) which wasnt in the shower! The general cleaning of rooms seemed hit and miss too. Fridge didnt really keep anything particularly cold. So all in all, setting etc was okay but was fairly average, and not sure I'd stay again.

This hotel is outstanding in several ways. The staff are really friendly and the food is top class. There is nightly entertainment and plenty of daytime activities if you wish to take part.. I shall return to this outstanding hotel again and can fully recommend it.

Well Palm Beach you did not disappoint again. Has an amazing stay . Met some wonderful people . Thanks to Malek in the main restaurant for being so attentive at meal times. A big thank you to Mr Palm Beach (Kais) in the pool bar for looking after us to make sure we stayed hydrated 😂. Also all the guys in the main bar you are all amazing. See you next year
